I stayed already the second time at Gitti´s place and enjoyed again! It is easy to feel at home and Gitti always thinks about even the smallest details. Furthermore, it is quiet and if you need some fresh air, you can directly walk on the hills over Graz or in the forest. Always happy to be back there!

Everything was perfect!

Very quiet and comfortable place, with great heating and clean furniture, everything looks new and welcoming. The host is responsive and always available. Great stay for the price, in excellent part of town, close to the store and inviting for a walk in the afternoon. The building is old, Shakespearean like, never before seen blend of modernity and past, the kitchen table overlooks the city and the Alps, having breakfast with purple sunrise will certainly stay in my memory.

Elly is a super host. greeting with hot snaps amazing and a friendly atmosphere. my daughter understands how a place looks like as my family and I travel alot so she gives a thumbs up. only one slight thing Wi-Fi kept loosing connection. 👍🏽👍🏽.

The stay was wonderful and spotless. You enter the apartment and can feel right at home, as it is not only modernly equipped and clean, but also has all the household utensils for everyday life and everyday life: from kitchen appliances to clothes rack and iron for shirts to spices, laundry detergent and tourist information. You had the feeling that you had brought too much from home. Communication was impeccable and always friendly and professional. Always recommended for another business visit to Graz!

We were well received and briefly instructed in the house rules. The location of the house is very quiet and therefore away from it all. The nearest supermarket is 10 min. by car and in Großstübing itself there is exactly one guest room. From the house you can start directly into the mountains and walk relaxed hiking trails - the Mühlbacherhütte and Kogel can be reached directly, for example. The view from the two bedrooms is brilliant and also the privacy is 100% respected. Unfortunately, we didn't have wifi until the end of our trip and you couldn't lock the front door either. But otherwise everything was cute - Joanna and Peter are lovely hosts.

We loved this home, located in a cute town quite close to Hochkar ski resort. 4 of us and the house was fully equipped. Absolutely wonderful.

Lukas is a really friendly and responsive host and his place is perfect for our short stay. We also got to meet his kind father and had a small chat with him.

Had a wonderful stay in Graz. There was lots to do in the area, and the location is quite close and easy to walk to and from the train station. Plus, the host is timely with their promised response time if a concern arises, i.e. check-in, amenities, local tourist spots, restaurants & convenience stores.

The apartment is clean, nicely decorated, suitable for a large family. There is a fully equipped kitchen, 3 large rooms, a ski storage room and convenient parking for the car. The apartment is within walking distance to a ski lift. There are shops and restaurants nearby. View from the apartment window to the mountains. Kids enjoyed Disney and Netflix movies. Communication with the apartment owner is excellent. Next year we are coming back again!

I was very satisfied with the place and also Regine was great, friendly accommodating and always helpful. I was there for 3 weeks and felt very comfortable. I am also thrilled that a bus runs until then. Even by car, you can get to the city itself very quickly or elsewhere. I will definitely book there again when I go back to Graz.

Hosts are lovely, it was clean. The surroundings are quiet.

This place was "at home" for me. It was from the beginning - I can't describe a feeling of well-being. 🙏💖 I have rarely experienced the hospitality, the helpfulness and I travel a lot. Often I enjoyed the sun "through the windows", outside it was cold and downstairs in Graz was fog, which was really a gift. The terrace is certainly a dream in summer and I can't believe the 6 weeks went by so quickly. I felt 100% comfortable. There could be a small improvement. This is the pressure in the shower. I have grid flakes and it was a challenge to wash the hair. With normal hair certainly no problem, but with grid flakes - lengthy. :-) For those looking for peace, who want to enjoy nature, this is the perfect place. You can walk into town about 30-45 minutes depending on how fast/slow you walk. Back up the mountain, so a bit of "stamina" right away. THANKS for everything🙏🍀💞

The place was great. Beautiful, new, spacious house with beautiful looks. We didn't have time to use everything the listing, e.g. a sauna. The place is close to the train station. Parking is available nearby. The kitchen was better than we expected. The only dissatisfaction with the bed. The bed had a single mattress, which isn't comfortable for everyone.

The house is very easy to reach by car, I advise against arriving by bus and train (I have not seen a single public transport). Ideal as a retreat to escape the big city. Boris was always friendly and accommodating, communication went as desired. Always worth a visit!!

We felt completely comfortable, the apartment was fantastic and very high quality furnished. Christian and his parents are incredibly nice people who like to take time, whether for an excellent tasting through their assortment or for really nice conversations. Glad to come back! 🥂🌸

Nice surroundings, close to a good ski area, nice place to stay. We had a good time.

The penthouse is really great, underground parking with elevator right outside the door, shopping market 2 min walk, the shower is a dream and with sauna and whirlpool you can never go wrong. Music was not an issue if you are human and do not exaggerate. The price is well covered but understandable on a race weekend. only minus point There was no oil in the kitchen :D Can recommend 👌🏽

We had a great time. It was comfortable with 3 young children, and they really enjoyed the stay. There's not much to do in the winter in the area, so we can go again in the summer. ❤️🙏🏾
