Very beautiful apartment, giant condominium, impeccable security!! Just like the pictures.

Perfect location and view of the Beira Mar! JPs chuhasscoria a couple blocks down was amazing! Great air conditioning and everything was clean! I’ll be back for sure!!

Excellent host, great communicator and fantastic place

Strengths: Mr. Jairo is super attentive, the view of the place is beautiful, the location is perfect, the building in itself is wonderful and safe, the washing machine is missing in the photos (there is there) and showing which place to network on the balcony (lack of network). The apartment is beautiful. Points that can improve: We entered on Tuesday at 2pm and left on Sunday at 6am, slept late at night (+ -21h) and left at 7 am, (we do not use washing machine) and the energy bill was high R$179.00 ( I think the owner can reduce the number of bulbs). I found it absurd compared to what I spend in my apartment monthly. Also, you can improve the amount of dishes( cutlery in general), skipper, carpets in the kitchen, cover cochas. (Emphasis I did not ask after my entry into the apart). It's just adjustments! But, I would stay again and recommend the location. We were in 4 (family)
