It's a great stay! The check-in was super smooth, and the host was very friendly, helpful and very professional. I loved the property and same with my family members. Very well maintained, excellent front corridor with variety of plants and flowers. Extremely serene and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay very much and we took a lot! Writing a review for Airbnb. The warmest of welcome that I have ever received. Like I came back home after a few years. The hosts—Lubna and Riyas— are truly amazing. Their hospitality is unparalleled; they truly live by the principle of 'Atithi Devo Bhava.' The meals were delicious; home-cooked food made with love. And the morning started with their warm smiles, making my stay truly special. I can't recommend this Airbnb highly enough!

This is one of the best stays which is one night away from Bangalore, a perfect getaway for a perfect weekend. Do a mini Safari tour on a Jeep to get to the Airbnb right next to a beautiful dam reservoir, a morning sunrise right over the reservoir is such a breathtaking visual. The food is perfectly customised as per our preferences & the cook is pretty awesome as such! Made Amazing Puttu Kadala Curry to yum! Bread omelette at will :) Stayed for a week, totally worth the experience of connecting back to nature!

Our group of friends celebrated our 30-year high school reunion Sosa. This enchanting resort exceeded our expectations. Tucked away in the woods, this 120+ year old Kerala Tharavadu-style house offers a quaint, no-frills getaway from the city's hustle and bustle. The resort's rustic charm is beautifully preserved, with minimal essential upgrades that maintain its authenticity. Take a stroll through the woods and discover the serene river, perfect for a refreshing bath. The real star of the show is Manager George, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. From waking us up for a river visit to arranging a massive dinner delivery, George's hospitality was exceptional. While the resort has an open kitchen, we recommend exploring local eateries, like the nearby Chaaya Kada for breakfast, and ordering lunch/dinner from KPM Residency. *Note: 3rd bedroom in outhouse*. Overall, this resort is perfect for those seeking a peaceful, rustic retreat without unnecessary frills
