Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Manhattan

What a great AirBNB! Not only is the apartment gorgeous and squeaky clean, but the hosts are very responsive, and helpful -- even came down to meet us when we arrived to take us up to the apartment. Gorgeous Views from all rooms of the apartment! With a city view that gives you plenty of lighted bling, but also a view of the Hudson river, it is everything we could have hoped for and worth the splurge for sure. We enjoyed this so much that we actually skipped going out for pre-dinner happy hour, and just stayed in and enjoyed the beautiful sunsets and views with our own glass of wine or martini. :) The apartment was also extremely clean, everything fresh and new. Supplied with everything we needed. Checkout was a breeze as well. I seriously can't recommend this apartment enough. We would LOVE to come back again.

Finding accommodation for 3 girls wasn’t easy 😅 but everything—from cleanliness and safety to the interior—was very satisfying. Above all, the host’s detailed guidance on check-in and check-out, as well as their kind and attentive attitude, made a great impression. And there’s an elevator! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Lauren’s Airbnb near Hamilton Park in Jersey City! Lauren was incredibly friendly and communicative, ensuring that every detail was taken care of and that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with our 1.5-year-old. The location is ideal—just a short distance from NYC, making it easy to get in the city or out to the NJ suburbs. Hamilton Park is right around the corner, which was perfect for a morning stroll with our little one. The unit itself is beautifully designed, with a modern, stylish aesthetic that still feels cozy and welcoming. The amenities in the building were fantastic—whether it was the kids playroom or the gym, it felt like a true home away from home. We can’t recommend this place enough! Lauren’s thoughtfulness and the incredible location, combined with the beautiful space and top-notch amenities, made for a truly memorable stay while we were back for the holidays. We look forward to returning!

Ira was super responsive and helpful ! The place was perfect for a weekend staycation! The view in the morning of the sunrise of the city was phenomenal ! The free parking in the lot across the street was great as well! The place is a nice size and the bed was comfortable !

Great location and stay

The people were super nice. We love the location. A lot of nice such as that I wasn’t expecting like a record player, decanter whiskey, glasses, etc..

I was a little nervous initially because I’m not familiar with the New York City or New Jersey transit system however, after accumulating much bravery, my husband, and I decided that we were going to enjoy our vacation. The train is about a five minute walk, takes less than 20 minutes transit time to New York City, and runs consistently. My recommendation is for you to map out your plans the night before and commit to either the PATH train or New Jersey transit depending on your destination. The close proximity of this property to the train system allowed us to visit the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, Empire State building, Times Square, Central Park, experience local cuisine and enjoy two Broadway plays over 2.5 days. I’m so grateful for the previous reviews on this property otherwise I would not have selected it. Sadly, I would’ve missed out on the local Jersey culture and an opportunity to support African-American businesses and restaurants (“Good Eats” and “Cornbread”).

The host was always available to communicate which helpedus make decisions as tourists to the area. The area is pretty good for basic amenities - big grocery store, subway, walgreens are all walkable.

King was an absolute pleasure from beginning to end! He went over and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! We stayed here for my boyfriend’s birthday in New York and it was a perfect trip! King Sven got my bf a birthday gift! I’ll never stay anywhere else in Newark. The place was beautiful! Looks just like the pictures! Thanks for everything I’m beyond satisfied! Little pricey, however the stay was great & communication from David was phenomenal !!! Even when it was 1am, we had issues with the code & main door. He still got back to me right away ! Thank you so much again

I was in NY for a week and didn’t fancy being in a hotel room for 7 nights. Wanted a bit of freedom to make toast/dinner and stretch out etc. Helen’s place did the job, and only four blocks from my office. Easy check-in but then a bit of a weird entry to the apartment but don’t be put off - it actually means you can’t hear the going ons in the hallway. Helen warned me about music from a restaurant and whilst I heard it I have to say it did not interfere with my stay at all. You won’t get better location/price equation in NY I would suggest. Thanks Helen worked perfectly for me.

This was our best stay on Airbnb! The condo felt more like a 5-star hotel than a typical rental. It was chic, modern and exceptionally well-designed. Watching the sunset over the river from the living room was truly breathtaking. The kitchen was fully equipped with top of the line appliances. Location was ideal with easy access to the some of the best restaurants, boutiques, NYC attractions and Central Park. 
What made our stay even more special was Alex’s hospitality. Her welcoming and friendly manner added a personal touch that made our visit truly exceptional. We had a great time and we are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you again for your wonderful hospitality and fabulous home!

Perfect place for us while visiting family in Brooklyn- Great quiet location in Clinton Hill that felt like a very safe area to walk around. It was nice to have Harris greet us on arrival; he also checked in during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Beds very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

I was very impressed with how spacious and clean the entire house was. You are literally walking distance from Newark Penn Station but if you want to Uber it's under $10. There are restaurants all around. I love the buzz of the community, I love seeing people. I was most pleased with my stay. Will most certainly return. I highly recommend.

I fell in love with this area close enough to the city but yet a peaceful community. The host provided world class customer service and ensured my stay was as simple and satisfied. I’ve never had a host call after I checked out to provide feedback or address any concerns I think this is above and beyond and anytime I’m in NJ I will stay with this company and can highly recommend them! This is a walkable community and you will feel safe. The apartment was spotless and beautiful!

Fantastic place lots of room for my brother and I and our families including 3 small children. The place was super child friendly. There was plenty of floor space for pack-n-plays as well as my daughter’s blackout tent. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes. The bathrooms were clean and great with toddlers. Our only unexpected surprise was the airport noise from planes taking off flying over. This caused minor issues during bedtime due to it continuing to distract the toddlers. But once they noise machines were on all was good. We would use the place again. Silvia was a fantastic host and we enjoyed making use of her home for a one night stay.

Mr. Jay is a great guy to deal with and very easygoing person. He helped me out whenever I need it and very responsive. Highly recommended!!!

Great, spacious place. Great for Large groups or multiple families.

The house is easy to locate and check in was seamless. There is ample space for parking in the driveway for multiple vehicles, many updated amenities and room for a large group. Godfrey was very responsive, accommodating and provided support to any inquiries we had. There are many restaurants and things to do within a short distance to the surrounding areas.

I never write reviews it’s not really my thing, but this place is so nice I had too. Not only is it everything as listed, it’s pristinely clean and there is many amazing amenities. If you are looking for a place to stay come here it is beyond my wildest expectations.

My Family and I spend Christmas day at Ayo home. It was nice, clean and spacious. Nice quiet area. Ayo was easy to reach and helpful. I would stay at his home again

We had a wonderful stay at Stephanie’s place! Such a nice trip back to our beloved Long Beach. The home was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area, and the peaceful atmosphere made for a relaxing getaway. Stephanie was incredibly responsive and provided great recommendations, which made our trip even better. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in Long Beach!

We were absolutely delighted with this house. Lisa is an amazing host—always very attentive and with excellent communication. She is kind, cheerful, and that truly reflects in her home. Her house is simply beautiful, filled with wonderful details. There are all kinds of different mugs in the kitchen, collected from various places. Masks from all over the world. The house is colorful and full of life. The steam room and sauna worked perfectly. The beds were incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend this place, and without a doubt, I’ll be coming back soon—because I won’t be choosing any other house
