Family-friendly vacation rentals in Manhattan

This home was perfect for my siblings and their kiddos to meet up for a nice long weekend. Kerry made us feel very welcomed and was super responsive when we had questions. The sunroom was one of my favorite places in the house. The kids enjoyed playing both outdoors and indoors. The neighborhood was quiet and the kitchen was stocked. Just a short drive to the mall and plenty of places to eat. We would gladly stay again.

Anthony’s place was an amazing gem in Williamsburg. The neighborhood was very quiet and residential. The apartment felt cozy and warm, and the private back yard was an added bonus. We loved the comfy sheets and bed. The bidet and heated toilet seat were an added touch of luxury! Anthony was also responsive and accommodating. The only potential challenge was street parking but I was able to nab a spot after driving around the nearby blocks for a bit.

Tina was awesome to work with! Very accommodating of our group at the last minute. Her place was clean and the WiFi held up with 8 of us happily posting on social media. The short walk to the waterfront offers some of the best views of New York City. I would stay again as would the rest of my group.

This was our second time staying at this home, and just like the first time, everything was perfect. The place is exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It suits my family, who visit me every year from abroad, perfectly. The location is convenient, the neighborhood is quiet, and the hosts are absolutely lovely—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. We truly feel at home here and will definitely be back again. Highly recommend!

This house was a lovely place for our family trip! Our party of 4 had plenty of room to spread out, beach is just a few min away, along with restaurants, shops etc. There is plenty of room in the backyard, but my family really enjoyed sitting on the front porch and playing cards. Everything we needed was there, and all questions answered quickly! I would definitely book again!!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! Henri was incredibly responsive and made sure all of my questions were answered promptly, which made the whole process seamless and stress-free. The home itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was spacious and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials, from kitchen items to fresh linens. I felt right at home from the moment I arrived. We thank very much Bob and François for their apartment. It is well located for easy access to New-York. Grove Station (metro station) is near the apartment, to go easily to New-York through the PATH (Port Authority Trans-Hudson. The PATH offers twos possibilities to go to New-York: to World Trade Center or to 33rd Street if we want to go upper into Manhattan. The street is quiet, without noise during the night. A grocery store is open late at night, between Grove station and the apartment.

Vanessa was a perfect host, super communicative and friendly! The apartment location is incredible, on a private quiet street but just a few blocks away from all the neighborhood bars and restaurants. Nice and spacious with beautiful light, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay in this eclectic, intentionally curated home. There was a different bed firmness in each room so there’s something for everyone. Water pressure in the 2nd floor shower was to die for. I imagine staying in this home in the warmer weather would be amazing because of all the opportunities to spend time on a patio or balcony. There’s an epically filled basket of spices, oil and any other basic cooking needs in the kitchen. Thanks Gregory!

Brian’s apartment in Brooklyn was spacious, airy and modern. Perfectly situated near Prospect Park and convenient to a couple of subway lines, the space was a great base for a weekend adventure in Brooklyn.

Denia’s place was really great! We stayed there for a week with friends and it was a nice experience. There’re buses to NYC at a 5 min walk, as well as a bunch of services and restaurants near the place. Denia’s instructions were very clear, and I would recommend it to friends.

The house was absolutely beautiful well cap very clean and organize. I rented this place for Christmas so there was ample items that we found usable to make a beautiful Christmas table presentation. I would highly recommend this place again. Thank you Martha for your hospitality.

Great community that is the best value around for any weekly stay or longer

The barn is a perfect place for a family with children. Beautiful surroundings would enjoy a summer stay and use the pool. Micaela perfect host all requests were attended too quickly. Look forward to another stay on next visit to NJ.

The Ave is our first choice when we visit northern NJ. The gym is top notch. The building and parking is very secure. The property is well maintained.

It's a great place with lots of nice property amenities (pool, gym, walking path, dog park). You check in like at a hotel. The apartment is basically set up like a hotel, too. They give you enough dishwasher detergent for one or two loads of dishes, enough laundry detergent for a couple of loads of laundry, enough K-cups for two cups of coffee (but no sugar or creamer). There are no spices or specialty kitchenware at all. It is bare bones yet still adequate, with place settings for 6. It's easy to get to from the main highways, and it is fairly low-stress traffic-wise by NJ standards. The bed and bedding were comfortable. They should really provide a full-size broom and dustpan though. The tiny hand broom was driving me crazy by about day 3, and the regular vacuum didn't do very well on the non-rug parts. As a bonus, it also has a pretty good view, which was a little surprising. And the parking garage was handy when it was snowy and icy. People were exceptionally nice. I'll stay again.

lovely place to stay in. would come back again. 10-15 minutes walking to the subway which gets you everywhere. even faster if you take the bus right around your corner. really helpful with recommendations and tips before and after we arrived

They made our month long stay pleasant and welcoming every time we came to the unit. Very secure building as well.
