In just a few seconds walking from the old market, the 3-room apartment offers enough space to feel comfortable, cooking or even working. Right outside the door, in Spremberger Straße, you will find a variety of shops, restaurants and cafes - so perfect for strolling.

Our holiday apartment is located in our villa and is located directly on the city harbor with swimming area and children's playground. A wonderful place for young families, but also cycling vacationers, racing fans and traveling seniors shared flats. Children up to 2 years live with us free of charge.
