Monthly Rentals in Mallarabanavadi

We (Vietnamese) stayed for 4 days, 3 nights while attending an exhibition at BIEC, and had a fantastic experience. Anjali was an exceptional host. She was warm, and helpful, and even recommended Asian restaurants for us since we don’t eat Indian food. Her support made our stay so much more comfortable. The 3-bedroom apartment (flat) was clean, well-equipped (gas stove, washing machine, refrigerator, etc.), and perfect for cooking our own meals. There was daily housekeeping, and the area was quiet and pleasant. We also found an Apollo Pharmacy and a grocery store nearby. The residential complex had great amenities, including a pool, gym, and spa. The security was excellent, with plenty of helpful staff on-site. It’s just 8 km from BIEC, and Uber rides to the venue were quick and easy. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend Anjali and her apartment! If we come to BIEC in Bangalore next year, we will definitely rent Anjali's house again

We felt right at home there. The place had all the facilities and amenities we required including a kitchen with gas stove, mixer, cutlery and utensils. The rooms are spacious. Bathrooms are clean and hygienic and come with geyser. The neighborhood is peaceful as well. Uncle (the host) is always proactive and responsive. He made sure that we didn't have even the slightest of inconveniences during our stay there. Proper value for money. Absolutely recommend this 👍

Well when we as a group of old friends decided to meet for a reunion and were looking for a place to spend an entire day reliving byogone days, we ended up our search at this place just an hour away from city. What a place! That was our reaction as soon as we entered the premises. The structures within the area are tastefully designed and placed giving prominence to the greenery. We were welcomed by Sandeep: our host and gave a brief about what we would be in for. He was warm and suave and we connected instantly. We had the entire property to ourselves and we indulged in playing Futsal in the lawn area, reminiscing and having lots of banters. We were assisted by 2 caretakers who are always present to tend to your needs at any point in time. The food was top notch and we also had some BBQ during night time along with great music and projector in the lounge area. Although we didn't use the swimming pool and thus missing out, it was clean and was designed perfectly with artificial water f

I had the pleasure of staying here with my 9-year-old daughter for over a month, and it was an amazing experience! From the start, we felt welcomed by the warm, accommodating host. The key in the lockbox made check-in and check-out super easy, and my daughter loved discovering it! The home was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully-equipped kitchen. The location was perfect — peaceful, safe, and close to shops, and delivery services like Swiggy and Zomato. Communication with the host was great, and special thanks to Irfan, who was always there with a smile when we needed help. Also, the host's daughter made my daughter feel right at home, and they became fast friends, adding a personal touch to our stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly stay.
