Reality of the house superior to all expectations, we found ourselves in a comfortable, warm and absolutely familiar context. We immediately understood that Lucio has respect for his guests. In the house there is nothing missing, location and breathtaking views. Thank you Lucio, you contributed to the success of our vacation by starting the new 2025 in the best way.

Letizia was super friendly and very helpful, even for the needs of my 9-month-old baby! If I come back to the area, I'll definitely be back! We only stayed 1 night as a support for the tour of the area.

Lucia is very attentive and available, we had a guided tour in Città della Pieve where she lives. Vista sul Lago is a historic mansion that is aptly named Posto incantevole

I stayed in Saverio's airbnb for 3 nights with my mum. Unfortunately we were very unlucky with the weather so we couldn't see the beautiful scenery from the balcony (there was a weather warning for the whole Tuscany area). However we had nice time at here - having a bath, cooking delicious food in super well-equipped kitchen, watching a flim with Smart TV, etc. We do hope to come back to Umbria region, staying here.
