Vacation rentals with a patio in Maenam

Great place to stay. Had rainy days in Ko Samui and were glad to have such a great apartment. Spacious, light, and a great view from all rooms. The contact with the hostess was super friendly and straightforward.

This place is almost better than the photos can do justice. You’re far away enough to have peace but a short drive to all the action. The view is amazing, the pool is nice to be able to cool off and the staff there were very friendly and helpful with getting a bike set up as well as taxi to and from the BnB. Highly recommend this spot. Worth every penny.

I can’t say enough about this place. It was more stunning than the pictures, in an excellent location, and Natalie was responsive, kind, and helpful. If you are considering staying in this area, book this place!! When my husband and I return, our first place to look will be this spot. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Great location if you value tranquility. Host is flexible and really helpful. The apartment was clean and beautiful. You need scooters or a car to get around fluently.

Let me just say this, the hosts and the staff of this place is top tier. Chen the host and Blue made the stay so enjoyable and had helped in every way possible. The property itself is just beautiful, comfortable and the amenities were great too. Cant fault it in anyway

I had a great stay at Anna and Courtney's place. They've turned a traditional Thai home into a lovely place to stay. The floor to ceiling windows bring so much light in and the pool was just lovely. There were a few small things that you'd expect from Thailand like the mozzies coming out in full force at 4pm but we hid from them so all good. Overall would definitely stay again. Thanks guys.

Was an absolutely beautiful villa with 4 floors. The complex was lovely with everyone being very respectful. Location was perfect as was 5 minutes to fisherman’s village and many beach clubs around. Loved it so much we wanted to extend but unfortunately they were full booked. Would stay again!

We had a great stay! Tania was very helpful with everything (scooter, transfer etc.). The apartment was as expected end well equipped. We would recommend to check out the Ban Tai beach nearby!

Location is perfect! Host is very responsive. Amenities, doors ,chairs,couch, outdoor neighbour privacy can be maintained better. Bed is comfortable. AC in bedroom was great We had a really relaxing stay on the beach. The location is again amazing. Walking distance to breakfast and dinner, massages and if you rent transportation easy to assess the whole island. But again location…That what you are paying for. Will recommend and visit again. We were very lucky with Denis! Thanks to him, a month of life in Thailand turned out great: we rented a house for 4 and a bike. In addition to a successful place to stay, we received detailed recommendations for leisure, cool places. Simply the best vacation! The cabin is suitable for two couples, just like in the pictures. We plan to come back ❤️

What a fantastic little gem of a place this is . We had the most brilliant stay here . The host was so helpful . Anything I messaged. She messaged back instantly. The lady who cleans the villa was also brilliant. Left us alone. But was there if we needed anything . My only regret was I only booked it for 3 days . Wish we had booked for two weeks. The beach is lovely and has sun loungers just for residents of rose garden villas . And if you open a gate of the villa . You literally step out onto the beach . First time I’ve used air b and b app . Don’t know if we just got lucky , but it was fantastic. We hired a scooter from five minutes up the road. That was brilliant service as well. ( I’d say you do need one , as bit of walk to actual lamai main streets . ) oh and just another bonus . One minute walk out of rose gardens . Turn right. Superb Turkish restaurant. Best food we have had in Thailand since we arrived. Thank you so much for a lovely 3 days

It is a great place, we stayed one month, and everything was great.

We really enjoyed our stay at Paul’s condominium. It was just as he described, spacious and comfortable with a great view. We felt very safe and secure and usually left our front door and back slider wide open to take advantage of a great cross breeze thru the condo. It was our first time staying in an Airbnb, where we had to pay the electricity and water separately, which turned out to be no problem. Although the temperatures were in the mid 80s, we only had to use the air conditioning in the bedroom at night time while sleeping. We stayed nine nights and had the cleaners come in one time and the total charge was just over 800 Baht (about $2.50 per day). The hill to walk into town mentioned by Paul is very steep! Walking up it in the afternoon sun was a killer. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb to our friends and family.

Our stay in the cozy apartment was perfect, we felt right at home. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. Tatjana was very helpful. You need a scooter to do something in the area, which we could easily rent from her. The restaurant next door is also super.

I was welcomed by Jojo and her husband. They were very friendly and always available. The apartment was clean and well located.
