Vacation rentals with a patio in Ko Samui District

It's a real gem on Koh Phangan. So nice and quiet compared to Resort-filled places elsewhere.

The place is very clean and everything important is available. We were very pleased with our stay. Chrissy and her husband were very friendly and helpful. The surroundings are quiet, which we particularly liked and so it was particularly nice to sit on the balcony in the evening. Everything important can be reached in 5-10 minutes by scooter and you can park right outside the door. We would definitely go again! Thank you for the lovely stay ☀️😊

Jana's place in Koh Phangan is an absolute gem! Perched atop a hill, it offers stunning sunset views right from the hammock on the balcony. The room is cozy, spotless, and beautifully designed to let in plenty of sunlight and fresh air—perfect for a cutesy, relaxing stay. Jana went above and beyond, helping us arrange scooters at our doorstep and sharing great recommendations for activities and restaurants. Her warm and helpful nature made our experience even more memorable. Highly recommend staying here—it's truly worth every penny!

This place is almost better than the photos can do justice. You’re far away enough to have peace but a short drive to all the action. The view is amazing, the pool is nice to be able to cool off and the staff there were very friendly and helpful with getting a bike set up as well as taxi to and from the BnB. Highly recommend this spot. Worth every penny.

Felt so at home and comfortable in this beautifullly curated space. Could not be more impressed with the most incredible spacious vibe created while still feeling so cozy and homely. We had a fantastic stay at this villa in Koh Samui! The property was spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The location was perfect, and the shared pool was well-maintained and never too crowded, making it a great place to unwind. What truly set this experience apart was the outstanding service. Adam, the property manager, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. He was always available and incredibly helpful, and he provided great recommendations that enhanced our stay. We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Koh Samui, and we would definitely love to return in the future!

We stayed for 3 weeks with our teenagers. It was super comfortable that they had a private room to themselves separately from us. the location is awesome: walking distance from many great restaurants, the beach, the gym - and still, location is quiet. Matan's team was very responsive and arrived to clean and assist us whenever asked. they provided a special pump for the water bottle when requested. the kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. highly recommend it!

Second time I came and it was wonderful like the first time, I had to leave sooner that expected but i wish i could have stayed longer, everything is perfectly clean as always and the host is always responding right away if you have any problem.

Place was as described, easy to check in and very clean. Amma made our stay even more enjoyable by always responding to any questions we ever had. Overall a very comfortable place to stay, I would totally come back or recommend Amman’s place to anyone staying in the area.

Clear recommendation! 👌😍 WOW! Just magical this view, the place is a dream come true. Everything is super clean and very tastefully decorated - we would have preferred to stay there! The service was impeccable, also on topics outside the apartment (scooter rental, taxi service,...). The crowning glory was the later check-out at no extra charge 😍

Our stay in the cozy apartment was perfect, we felt right at home. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. Tatjana was very helpful. You need a scooter to do something in the area, which we could easily rent from her. The restaurant next door is also super.
