Monthly Rentals in Madrid

This is truly an incredible place to stay. You will definitely need a high clearance vehicle, but the location is even more beautiful than the photos suggest. There is one house just up the road, but you still feel wonderfully away from it all. The house was lovely - perhaps the nicest version of an earthship I’ve seen. Nice furniture & finishes, comfy bed. It’s not the kind of place where you set and forget a thermostat - you need to be an active participant in the house - raising/lowering the shades, venting hot air, etc. But I found that enjoyable. Madrid is super close and it’s a delightful, eccentric town. All around, I would whole heartedly recommend

For a quiet and peaceful vacation away from city bustle, this was ideal. The scenery was terrific and services were within reach. The Casita met our expectations and was homey without being pretentious. We are comfortable in small spaces with basic amenities so this was truly perfect for us. The Casita was a valuable part of our Turquoise Trail experience. Thank you!

I was beyond blown away by the Casita and the Area. Danlees attention to detail and little extras made me feel right at home the moment I arrived. I highly recommend exploring the back area, the stars are amazing!! Loved the Binder with local attractions and restaurants plus the history of the area. Made my 55th birthday one to remember. Great hideaway in the hills around Santa Fe. Exactly the right distance away from big cities to be private, but close enough to get supplies when needed. The house was clean, had all kinds of simple comforts. Only thing I would note is as a T-Mobile user, reception was nil. Wifi provided was great, but just keep that in mind.
