Peaceful, relaxing, & all the comforts of home. Lyvie’s home is super-clean & very comfortable- plenty of room to relax & unwind. As soon as we walked in we felt at home. Lyvie is a wonderful host w/ excellent communication from booking thru checkout. She thought of every detail to make us feel welcome & have a relaxing stay. The kitchen was well-stocked w/ everything we needed; there’s plenty of space & comfy seating inside & on the screenporch; the beds/bedding/pillows were very comfortable. We enjoyed a relaxing afternoon at the clean, peaceful & well-maintained community pool. Lyvie is so thoughtful,& clearly cares about her home & her guests. She went the extra mile to make sure we had a great stay, she really thought of everything so we didn’t have to. The location is great- the neighborhood is peaceful, quiet & serene, we could even hear the wind blowing thru the trees. And, you can drive a few minutes & be in the middle of the ‘action.’ If I could give 10 stars, I would!

We had the great fortune of staying here over the holidays. We decided on a last minute extended trip and were over-the-top pleased with the house and the location. Right away we felt like we were home- our hosts have done a great job laying out the house and decorating. We were all super comfortable- family of five plus Grammy. Everything in the house works very well and is so well located to any and all attractions. Definitely check out the guide, all of the recommendations are amazing and will help you feel like you’ve lived there for years- it’s a guide to the best of the best. King Pine down the street is beautiful for developing skiers :) Overall the hosts are very reachable, house is perfect and my kids wanted me to add a bit about the little sledding hill in the back if you’re lucky enough to get snow.

Kyle’s place was fantastic & felt like home for my kids and I. Very clean, easy to find. We spent time skiing, exploring, and even got in some college tours. We will definitely book again.

Jana was a great host! Very responsive and helpful. The cottage was exactly as the pictures showed and pristine. It was a fantastic location to enjoy all that the White Mountains have to offer. Close to ski mountains, restaurants, Conway and North Conway and the enterance to the Kangamangus yet in a serene setting set back from the road. We will definitely be returning to enjoy this cottage in the warm weather as well!
