The apartment fully corresponds to the description and the photos. The location directly on the beach is excellent. Parking available around the corner. The beds are comfortable. Everything necessary is available in the kitchen. The cleanliness of the apartment itself is excellent! Location: Belmonte Marina is situated on a very beautiful beach. Unfortunately, there are only a few shopping facilities on site. Overall, it is a little empty in the low season, which is not necessarily a disadvantage. There are a few restaurants, but we didn't try them as we had a car and drove to neighboring Amantea. Overall, the area is beautiful and there is a lot to discover. We definitely recommend this place.

Everything was great. The team is super helpful with anything we needed. They recommended and reserved restaurant for us. Location is great. Close to Diamante center and other towns. The place have everything you need from beach chairs to umbrellas etc and the kitchen is well furnished. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean with large showers. The mini fridge in each bedroom was a plus! View and garden area is incredible. Will definitely return if go back to this area.

We stayed in this house for a week, impeccable hospitality, clean room and they already made us find several things such as local products, juice water, etc. Nothing is missing in the house and what is there works perfectly. The things that have been most appreciated are the parking in the building space and the extreme proximity to everything you need (sea, evening outings,shops as well as a very short drive you can immediately find yourself on the SS Tirrena). Antonio is an impeccable host who was responsive in a record time in resolving an issue (caused by me). Nothingelseto say, I highlyrecommend it.

Rosalba and her family members were extremely responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The location was absolutely breathtaking and her home was beautiful, comfortable, and made our time spent in Calabria so special! Thank you, Rosalba!

Nice apartment right by the sea. The place was very clean and came stocked with coffee and a little breakfast bar, which was a nice touch. I communicated mostly with Anna’s husband, Andre, who was very responsive and friendly!

Excellent location once you find it. We had a little trouble but no worries, the views are stunning. The home is adequately equipped, clean and modern. The train runs close by and takes a while to get used to. The beach is great and there are plenty of chairs, umbrellas and toys. The location is central to nice towns, shopping and restaurants. If you can get to restaurant Vecchio Frantoio in Diamante it’s well worth it. Valerio and Laura are excellent hosts. You won’t be disappointed.

The location of the apartment is the absolute dream. Although the house is quite outdated, but furnished with love, the beds are cozy. Arranging something in the bathroom itself. Beach chairs and umbrella are also available.

We had the pleasure of staying at this charming family country villa in Sangineto Lido. From a warm welcome by Nicola and Alessandro's parents to the breathtaking view of the sea and mountains, our experience was awsome. Any queries we had were promptly and courteously addressed, reflecting the genuine care and dedication this family has for their own property. It's evident that the hosts have poured their hearts into maintaining this villa, as every corner exudes a sense of warmth and attention to detail. I could go into the specifics but suffice it to say that, as a frequent traveler, this place easily ranks among the most memorable and endearing accommodations I've come across. A big thanks to the hosts for affording us the opportunity to relish in the beauty of this villa. We're already looking forward to returning somewhere in the future! Joe was a great host.  He was waiting for us, after our delayed flight, to show us around his delightful house in Belmonte.  The view across the mountain on the terrace was stunning.  Joe had left us a basket of breakfast items including coffee and the kitchen was equipped with all the cooking facilities.  The village offers history and charm and is fascinating to look round. Thank you Joe for a great stay.  Hope to return one day.
