We loved the view and peaceful vibes the home provided. The hosts were wonderful.

Very quiet stay! The site is perfect for resting, and taking advantage of to cool off from the heat, as well as being a good place to bake a meat! Near restaurants and a market as well, in addition to having easy access to the center of Asunción. The rooms were impeccable, and I also highlight the care of leaving clean towels for the guests.

The truth is that Gloria's accommodation is incredible, everything is just like the photos, very comfortable, highly recommended! It has everything you need to enjoy every space.

My family and I had a fantastic 16 days. Mrs. Milva was attentive at all times that we were comfortable and there was excellent communication with her. The place is beautiful; a five-minute walk from the shore of Ypacaraí Lake. Of course, it is far from the city, it is essential to have a vehicle to be able to move around the lake area. Finally, all the maintenance staff in the development were super friendly, from the security guards to the pools and gardeners. We give it five stars without any hesitation.

You hardly believe you are in Paraguay when you enter the very modern, tasteful and lovingly furnished house of Richard and Alex. The house offers everything your heart desires, even a bathtub and dishwasher. The pool area offers a lot of privacy and is only available to the guests of the two identical vacation homes. These are very quiet in the midst of wonderful nature, from horses, cows to chickens, including a private forest for relaxing walks. If you value peace and privacy, this is the place to be, including impressive sunsets. The wonderful hosts Richard and Alex also live on the spacious grounds and are always there when you need them. They always have an open ear for the wishes of their guests and give tips for the area. Fully recommended! We will be back!

The stay was excellent, we recommend everyone. Thanks to Mr. Guillermo, along with the concierge, Mr. Carlos, we were able to enter the apartment without any difficulty, besides having an extremely safe and private garage. Nor is it about the apartment, which is perfect for 3 people and a small dog, having air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, essential to withstand the heat it makes in Asunción. Everything was clean and organized, ready for our stay. Many thanks for your stay and I hope to return soon.

Everything was excellent as always. I've rented this apartment many times before. It never disappoints me.

We felt right at home. The building is very new and quiet, there is no neighborhood rudio and when we were in the shared facilities we were almost alone. The views of the psychic and the upstairs terrace are spectacular, an incredible sunset. The apartment was very clean and tidy, very new. The only thing to improve is the noise of the street, but being central is what happens, even so when you go to the coworking upstairs there is absolute silence, so you only hear it at night. If there was something to improve I would say that some more frying pan is missing to be able to cook, and also that the blinds let the light through at night. The bed is fantastic, super comfortable, and the kitchen is new. The bathroom is very clean and spacious, the water is hot, perfect. The area is very safe, you have doorman down 24h and walking you get everywhere. You have supermarkets and restaurants of all kinds 5 minutes away in the shopping of the sun. The pool is very cool, cold but the water is a little dirty.

The place is good as the photo shows, well modern, sure, it has its own parking, everything very clean is located in a very strategic place close to everything, I was surprised because it is well similar to the apartments in Miami. And the very attentive host from the beginning was answering all the doubts , responds the message very quickly No doubt when I come back to Asuncion I would choose to stay in the same place because the price is also very accessible for everything the accommodation provides

We really liked this apartment. Its huge and right by the super market. In a sense there are 3 rooms. The walk-in closet is as big as many bedroom. My wife used it as an office. The is a nice place to stay.

Great place. As described. Easy checking in with doorman. Clean had everything you need. Will stay again. Very walkable to resturants and shops.

Excellent place, just as it shows in the photos, very quiet, comfortable and beautiful, with supermarkets, malls, restaurants and pharmacies quite close to the site. The place seemed very safe, I would stay there again if I come back for Asunción. Mr. Glen and his team are all very friendly and helpful.
