I loved the house! very cozy and very cute. It has a patio between both places that makes it a very magical meeting space. The location is perfect and everything works well. The A/C's all working, which was critical to holding the heat. Highly recommended for groups of friends and families. The deal with Gloria was excellent, fluid, fast and always available for what we needed. In short, a 10/10 everything!

My family and I had a fantastic 16 days. Mrs. Milva was attentive at all times that we were comfortable and there was excellent communication with her. The place is beautiful; a five-minute walk from the shore of Ypacaraí Lake. Of course, it is far from the city, it is essential to have a vehicle to be able to move around the lake area. Finally, all the maintenance staff in the development were super friendly, from the security guards to the pools and gardeners. We give it five stars without any hesitation.

A absolutely beautiful place. We loved our stay here. Peacefull surroundings, we enjoyed the sounds of the birds and the sight of the animals. The house is very nice and clean with very good standard. The hosts are very nice and friendly and serviceminded. We couldn't ask for more!

The stay was excellent, we recommend everyone. Thanks to Mr. Guillermo, along with the concierge, Mr. Carlos, we were able to enter the apartment without any difficulty, besides having an extremely safe and private garage. Nor is it about the apartment, which is perfect for 3 people and a small dog, having air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, essential to withstand the heat it makes in Asunción. Everything was clean and organized, ready for our stay. Many thanks for your stay and I hope to return soon.

The place, the hot tub, the bathroom, the touches, everything was great! The kitchen just lacks a little bit of equipment, such as a hob and a pot ( even if indeed the place is not particularly suitable for the kitchen:) )

We love the apartment and the building. Host Rubén was always very helpful and quickly resolved all our requests. The apartment is very similar to the photo. Clean, equipped (kitchenware, washer and dryer, bed and bath linens, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dolce gusto coffee maker, hairdryer, iron, air conditioning in all environments, etc.). The building is very secure and has a swimming pool and a gym. In the vicinity, supermarkets, including a 24 hours.

We really liked this apartment. Its huge and right by the super market. In a sense there are 3 rooms. The walk-in closet is as big as many bedroom. My wife used it as an office. The is a nice place to stay.

Great place. As described. Easy checking in with doorman. Clean had everything you need. Will stay again. Very walkable to resturants and shops.
