Because it is in the center of the city we thought it would be a lot of noise, it was quiet, Mr. Aluísio was super gentle and all questions were answered immediately. The village left us even a year-end treat, we love it. We found it safe and everything was very clean. The caretaker was always cleaning the stairs, had a pleasant scent of cleaning. A very nice place.

The apartment is well equipped and cozy. The location is great, right in the heart of Cascavel, close to everything! Edvan was attentive and understanding, allowing a certain flexibility at check-in. The experience was very good! We will probably repeat the accommodation on another visit to the city.
