Monthly Rentals in Luna County

The place was very nice overall. The beds, kitchen, and bathrooms were all clean, and I appreciated the kid-friendly dishes—that was a great touch. The backyard looked nice too, although I didn’t get a chance to spend time out there. I liked that Tony allowed us to sign into our own streaming accounts, and everything was automatically signed out when we left, which was convenient. There was also a helpful binder with house rules right at the entrance. The only downsides were a few spiders—we even found one in the bed—and the floors were quite loud when walking on them. There was also some visible damage around the home, likely from previous guests. Aside from those issues, everything else was great!

Meg was a very responsive host. The cabin was a great spot for entry level camping with proximity to Guadalupe and Carlsbad Caverns. The views were beautiful. Able to enjoy the peacefulness of nature and stargaze!

The house was perfect for our needs. All of the essentials were provided. The house was comfortable and homey. We had two families staying in the house so having two bathroom doors worked nicely. The layout was convenient and had plenty of room. Esli was very kind and reaponsive. We felt welcome and comfortable. Having the backyard fenced was nice with our kids. The lights on the trees in the front yard were helpful locating the house at night.

Martin was an awesome host! We really enjoyed our stay. The place is comfortable and clean and the farm is awesome!! We will definitely stop by again when we drive across country.
