Very responsive to questions. Clean and comfortable beds. Having washer and dryer was great after being on the road for over a week. Short drive to Tesco and Stirling Castle.

Absolutely loved our stay at Christmas in with our family. The perfect place to unwind and great for the dogs. Can't fault it and will definitely return. Very clean, tidy and full of character. Loved it. Thank you.

Good sized home for a family to stay in. Very clean and we really like having two bathrooms, not that common in Scotland, bathrooms were also updated and modern. Note that both bathrooms are downstairs and bedrooms are upstairs. We really appreciated the washing machine. Kitchen was excellent and well equipped, Victor even left us a welcome bottle of wine! Beds were a little uncomfortable and could do with replacement mattresses. Good house and value.

Communication was great. I left my diary and Clare and Jaymes offered to send it asap. Broughty Ferry is a lovely place to stay and we really enjoyed the break.

Stayed for 3 night over new years to see Stirling, family and surrounding areas. Felt right at home as soon as we walked through the door. Kids loved it to. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Justyna’s place is a beautiful, warm and welcoming home. It’s actually the family’s residence and she’d given it on Airbnb while they may be traveling. We went there around Christmas so we got the house all decked up with a beautiful lit Christmas tree, something which came as a pleasant surprise and goes on to show how thoughtful the host is! What’s great about the place: - Squeaky clean (you get the house in such spic & span condition that you are always too careful to keep it that way!) - Has everything one needs - Equipments all working; kitchen was very organised - Supplies were generous (both in kitchen, bathroom etc) - Peaceful and safe neighborhood - Justyna is very responsive and friendly; she was very accommodating for a late checkout - Gorgeous backyard What one can be mindful of when booking: May be it was the public holidays but cabs from the neighborhood to city centre have a longish wait time (15-20 mins) so one has to plan accordingly. Will definitely stay again!

I chose Katie's place as I wanted to be very centrally located. It's so walkable to everything in the city centre and easy to travel to the West End (and other locations), yet, it was really quiet and peaceful. Katie provided really clear instruction on how to get in and was really responsive throughout. The flat is really nice and had everything I needed for a few day stay. It was cosy and clean and a kitchen that was nice to cook in. There was place in the lounge to sit and eat as well as to relax. I would recommend it. I rated the price down because I was staying there alone, however, it sleeps up to 4 people. All in all, a nice flat that I would happily recommend.

We had a great holiday! The place was lovely and just the perfect fit for what we were hoping for. Very clean and functional. We really enjoyed the location and how close to public transportation it was. Definitely would recommend to anyone wanting to have a relaxing trip in Edinburgh!

We loved our stay! Rachel was so helpful and responsive. Her place is in a wonderful location perfect for exploring the city. The flat is comfortable, warm and there are lots of thoughtful touches to make it a home from home.

Great apartment location with everything you could need (especially bits in the kitchen!). Easy to get into the city centre on the no.23 bus! Would definitely stay again if coming back to Edinburgh.

We loved our stay there. Very nice location . The place was well equipped, clean, and we highly recommend it. We made excellent memories in Glasgow and would come back to the same place again.

Rona was a superb host. Amazing communication and support offered throughout. The property was perfect for our families. Full of character, walking distance to all amenities, approx 20min - 25min walk to all of Edinburgh's main attractions. We booked the flat for a few days for my Dad to stay over Christmas. The flat was ideal, Craig had left a few Christmas treats, which was really appreciated. The flat was spotless and my Dad felt right at home. We will definitely book again!

I really enjoyed the airbnb, Diane was incredibly helpful in terms of directions, suggestions for things to do and places to eat.

Great stay! Easy to find, lovely accomodation and facilities. Very convenient location, short walk to transport/shops. Hosts are very friendly and great communication!

We had an amazing break at 12 Golf Place, the absolute best location ever! Great apartment, very well kitted out. Really comfortable beds and good showers. The flat was cosy and welcoming. Alastair was an absolute dream to deal with. I would have no hesitation in returning and in recommending the accomodation.

My 2 friends and I were looking for an affordable yet great place to stay on our short trip to Edinburgh. This was the perfect location, few min away from the beach with beautiful views. The host provided clear instructions and provided answers to any questions throughout the stay! The place was as described and super clean.

What a great stay in St Andrews. You could not be better located and the flat had absolutely everything to hand you could need for a great stay.
