We had a fantastic weekend relaxing and catching up with friends. Beautiful house and location. Wallace was a great host, very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back again.

We stayed with family for a special birthday. Margaret was very friendly and quick to respond to our messages before and during our stay. The cottage was spotless and had everything we needed. Bed linen was very clean. Whole house was immaculate. Hot tub was great. The parking was a bit of a squeeze due to the other house but we made it work. The cottage is in the middle of nowhere which is great for a relaxing weekend which is exactly what we wanted. We will definitely be booking again, thank you for the sweet goodies. I would highly recommend this stay if you’re looking for a relaxing, chilled time.

Stayed for 3 nights at this remarkable property. If you are contemplating holidaying here I urge you do it, just book it now! husband, dog & I revelled in this haven of a house and it felt mansion sized, you can lose yourself among the generously proportioned rooms. The heart of the house being the huge traditional kitchen with welcoming raeburn stove which flows seamlessly into one of the most comfortable living rooms we’ve ever encountered on Airbnb. We loved the tasteful decoration throughout & the carefully curated quirky modern & antique mix of furnishings. Outside the hot tub is of a very high, quality standard & and those powerful wee jets were an absolute tonic after a day’s hillwalking! Did I mention the owner’s attention to detail? And at last, Someone who understands the importance of silky soft & crisp bedding!! Peaceful setting with the joy of hooting owls & the odd stag grazing in the field in the evenings. The house was exactly what we needed for a girls weekend away. We found it easily and arrived to fresh scones and prosecco, which was lovely. The house was clean and well-stocked, with plenty wood available for the fire. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house was lovely and warm. Sitting in the hot tub looking out at the hills and river was very peaceful and relaxing. We would highly recommend this beautiful cottage, we had a great time and felt right at home. We had a wonderful weekend staying at Beechwood House! From first making our booking, Nick was helpful and knowledgable in helping to plan our stay with recommendations. He was also very flexible with some changes we needed to make ahead of arrival and provided clear instructions for check in, check out and a “how to” guide for the property. The property itself is exactly as described - the house is equipped with everything you might need for a group getaway, there was a lot of space for the group to spread out and the bedrooms were very comfortable. Would highly recommend Nick and this property for anyone planning a group getaway!!

Very welcoming upon arrival, showed us where everything is. Good appliances. Comfy atmosphere. Very willing couple, will help you out with what they can! Eg; directions, places to eat/drink. Hot tub nice and clean. Can’t fault the place or the hosts. Genuinely a good night stay. Recommend 100%

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house in Fife! We were a big group of three families, and the space was perfect for everyone. The house is spacious, well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals for our large group, and the dining area was perfect for family dinners. The location was also great – close to local attractions and beautiful coastal walks. The outdoor space was perfect for the kids to play, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable getaway with a large group. We hope to return again!

The place is amazing! So warm for such a big space because downstairs was all under floor heating, very modern with a lovely rustic feel. Spotless, lovely and clean. The beds were MASSIVE and so comfortable, the showers were brilliant. One of the nicest places I have stayed in, definitely worth the price.

Really enjoyed our stay for a family celebration, great open plan kitchen, living, dining and garden lovely for spending time altogether. Flexible bedrooms - able to make one a twin. Clean, well equipped and luxurious feel. Two full bathrooms. Street is quiet, feels safe and parking easy, no shops, cafes, bars etc. within close walking distance. Bus or Uber both easy to get into city centre and was nice to escape the hustle and bustle after a day sightseeing and at the festival. Suspect price was higher due to time of year and compared to other properties we viewed were very happy we chose this one. Rachel was very prompt with communication, instructions, restaurant recommendations and help when required.

Amazing house, everything was perfect inside . A welcome hamper was a nice touch and the hot tub was a hit with us all would definitely stay here again.

To only give this Airbnb a 5 star rating feels very unfair, if I could have given it higher I would have. The property was beautifully presented, had amazing large communal spaces, with a very high standard of furniture, furnishings, and cleanliness. Our room was spacious and luxurious. The beds were great quality, and it was full of nice extra touches. The hosts were extremely generous, gracious, and friendly. A fantastic experience for us that will be hard for anyone else to top. We will definitely try to book this accommodation in the future when we are in the area. I have been fortunate enough to have many great experiences using Airbnb, but this was easily the Best.

The best night stay for my birthday. Absolutely beautiful views. Already cant wait to come back again. The hot tub was amazing and the beds were comfy too. Everything you needed inside and the bottle of wine was a lovely touch. Thankyou :)

We had a fabulous family holiday here. The accommodation was perfect for a trip with small children and very dog friendly. Fabulous location with so many adventures on the doorstep.

This is a gorgeous lodge to book. It is perfect for 2 couples to stay overnight with a separate lodge for each. The fire hut is a great place to relax and stay warm. The games room is fun. The hosts were lovely and very accommodating with great communication. The rooms were stunning and clean. There are massage chairs in each lodge which were amazing. The lodges are well equipped, there was an air fryer and coffee machine and Bluetooth speaker. I would highly recommend this place and would love to rebook in the future.

We had a lovely time at our cabin, we had a dip in the natural pool which was refreshingly cold and also a long soak in the outside bath which was toasty warm. We took a walk around the woods and enjoyed the scenery. The cabin had everything we could need and was cosy. I would recommend this site to others . thank you

We had an amazing stay at Ben’s place in Northumberland. The home was cozy, clean, and spacious enough for the five of us, making it the perfect base for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was definitely the private sauna — such a beautiful added touch that made the experience feel extra special. The porch area was a standout feature, especially with the gate that allowed our dogs to be out on the terrace with us while we enjoyed the hot tub. It was such a thoughtful detail that gave us peace of mind without sacrificing comfort. Little things like that — along with useful amenities like the dishwasher, dish soap, and well-stocked kitchen basics — really made the stay feel easy and well thought out. Ben clearly puts care into the space, and it made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend, especially for anyone travelling with dogs or just looking to unwind in comfort.

This place is a hidden gem. Rosie and Jim are excellent hosts, they made our stay incredible and we had the most wonderful new year. The house is better than in pictures, the surrounding fields and beautiful landscapes are truly incredible. We had a great stay and would love to come back!

We had a great stay at Barn Lodge. The lodge was clean and comfortable and as described. The hot tub and outdoor seating area were lovely and we enjoyed sitting looking out over the amazing view. The location was great for a day trip to St Andrews.
