Very comfortable apartment in good location. Spacious, warm, well furnished, all kitchen appliances. We enjoyed our stay over Christmas.

Very nice and charming accommodation that suited us perfectly for a one night stay. Close to Simrishamn, by car it took about 15 minutes. Quiet and nice around the apartment, nature just outside. The host Lindsey is very nice and gave us all the instructions we needed before arrival. We can warmly recommend it 😊

Katrin’s place is truly one of a kind. From the moment I arrived, both the house and the flat itself exuded a warmth and charm that made me feel instantly at home. Katrin herself is an exceptional host. She is incredibly kind, warm-hearted, and always ready to help, whether it was answering questions, sharing tips for local trips, or assist with anything I needed. She made me feel genuinely welcome and  like a part of the Borrby community. The location couldn’t have been better. The nearby beach was perfect for walks, and Ystad and Simrishamn were just a short drive away, offering the ideal combination of countryside serenity, coastal beauty, and convenient access to city life. I had an absolutely wonderful time and wholeheartedly recommend this stay to anyone looking for something truly special. My stay in this place is something I will always cherish and look forward to return to. Thank you so much for everything, Katrin!
