Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Linz

We had a lovely stay at Gerald’s with a comfortable bed and everything we needed for the week. I appreciated the easy check-in lockbox since we arrived on Christmas Eve afternoon and could instantly settle in to the cozy atmosphere the home provides. The kitchen was large with everything you can think of or might need. We loved the location and large windows giving a view of the hills and reindeer next door. The house is close to Gmunden but peacefully away from it all. Absolutely would recommend.

Business trip brought us to this area again, and we immediately contacted Hannes, given how comfortable and well-catered we were last time. Everything was absolutely perfect again — from the arrangement and communication with Hannes to the superb accommodation. We look forward to our next visit and highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a top-notch stay in the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house has everything you need. Especially the kitchen is well equipped. The wellness area is the highlight of the house. Communication with Jaroslav was very straightforward! He was quick to help with questions. We will be happy to come back!

Very appreciate the great，friendly，proactive host for more than sufficient detailed information. The house has a relaxing vibe like our home on the top of the mountain. We enjoyed sledding in the back yard slops with spectacular views. And our toddler loved playground in the garden with many outdoor toys. The kitchen is also full equipped with more than we needed. Teresa and Angelika are wonderful hosts! Communication was always friendly and warm and we felt like at home. They even responded to the special needs of our dog. The garden at the house is fantastic, we enjoyed the area with many opportunities to walk quietly and on the water. Clear recommendation!

We had a wonderful stay at the Birken Suite! The 4 days of "relaxation " for us were perfect and the apartment really offers a lot of privacy. Fresh eggs were delivered to the door every morning – a lovely touch! Breakfast could also be booked. Surroundings is quiet, ideal for forgetting the stress of everyday life. The hot tub has enough privacy, which made the stay even more enjoyable. There was nothing missing in the apartment overall, everything was great! It is beautifully decorated and decorated. A perfect stay! We absolutely enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The location is ideal – quiet but still close to everything you need and with a fantastic view. The apartment was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with all the amenities you could want. Particularly noteworthy is the extremely hospitable communication: Beatrix and her husband were always available quickly and provided us with helpful tips for the area. We felt like at home and will definitely be back.

Judith was very friendly and responded quickly to all our queries, she even came by to help us with some issues we had connecting to the internet. The location is superb, less than five minute walk from the lakeside, and really quiet.

Ann is extremely cooperative and easy to communicate with. The apartment was clean, quiet, functional, and everything was there to live independently. I would like to highlight Ann's love for animals. I was there with my 6 month old dog to IHA Wels, and Ann took touching care of both of us and recommended the best walks in the area. It was a win to meet Ann and spend a few days in her apartment. Anytime again! Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time in Klaus' apartment! Thank you so much for the experience! I believe this was our best Airbnb experience, there are zero negative sides to this apartment. The apartment is simply beautiful! Extremely clean, organized, modern, huge rooms, spacious for 4 people (with 2 separate toilets). We could imagine living in this apartment actually, it was so nice. Klaus is super nice and friendly, had great recommendations. The neighbourhood is breathtaking, you can see Traunsee from the balcony, and in a 5 min walk you can reach the lake. Altmünster is also amazing, there are so many options to make the most out of your stay! If we would have been there during the summer, we would sure have taken the opportunity to go for a boat ride.

Staying at Nuki was an amazing experience. Everything was clean, modern and comfortable. It is more than a rental place - it is like coming back to home. To be honest we did nt want to go out as the apartment itself was an experience and we and our 2 kids spend good time there.. All the equipment, utensils, the kitchen supplies including spices were more than any rental space provides usually. We also love the garden area with the grill and seating. We have stayed in many airbnbs before and this place was one of the best. We would love to stay there again. Thanks alot
