Monthly Rentals in Lingen

We had a lovely relaxing stay at Luke's beautiful granary. We were made very welcome, especially Fergus the lurcher, who could play outside with Winnie poodle, and enjoyed meeting Luke who was very helpful. The location down a long track is quiet and remote with plenty of birdsong and is elevated overlooking a lovely woodland. Nearby pubs are only open Thurs-Monday. Surrounding rolling countryside is beautiful and Offa's Dyke is 10 mins drive. Interesting towns nearby too. Thank you Luke for a great break.

We had a great three nights at this lovely property that had lots of character. Very cosy, everything we needed, set in great countryside; a real homely place to be.

Lovely half timbered building set in very peaceful valley in north Herefordshire. There was loads of space and all the facilities you could need. A utility room meant our three dogs could be dried down and fed before entering the living rooms. Our winter weekend was not accompanied by cold rooms as the building was comfortably warm. Nearby Lingen had a welcoming pub with good food choices. We took a walk for several miles via Knoll Plantation and met no one else the entire time! Further afield was Wroxeter one of the major Roman cities in Britain. The excavations are wonderfully accessible and handheld guides very informative. All in all Western Lye Farm highly recommended.
