Very nice and clean flat. Guiseppe and Elisa were very kind and helpful at any point. Close to the beach and only a 15 min walk to the historic center of choggia.

Barbara always has an open ear and is very helpful. Also, the proximity of the beach is perfect.

The apartment is small but nice. For 2 people with a dog, there was everything you could ever need. It was clean and in a great location. Highly recommended for a short trip.

We had a great time at the beautiful place, the walk to the beach was super close and also the shopping. Carla was very accessible and we liked spending our mornings and evenings on the terrace.

The apartment is spacious, clean and well furnished, true to the photos uploaded to the site. For those traveling with small children, Dany offers a camping cot and a high chair, both in good condition, so it is not necessary to bring them. The beach is a few minutes away by foot and the center of Chioggia is also easily accessible with a walk of about half an hour. Communication with the host has always been easy and punctual.

The apartment was very clean and in superb location: a few mins walk to the beach and walking distance to the city centre. The premises are green and peaceful with a nice pool, in front of the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay a lot, appreciating outstanding contact with the host, who is a very nice and helpful person. Will definetely return.

Absolutely beautiful place . Everything was clean. The place was as described. Julia was very kind and quick to respond to messages. The location of the place was absolutely perfect. Peaceful villa area, close to the sea, bus, supermarket, restaurant. We visited the nearby historic town of Caorle and also took advantage of a boat ride to Venice from the city of punta Sabbioni. We're so glad we chose this place and stayed with Julie. Highly recommend !! :)

great accommodation, clean and very well organized. The kitchen is very well equipped, in the bathroom there is a hairdryer and in the living room there are some board games and a kitchenette for children: appreciated by children and parents to spend a peaceful vacation! Nice outdoor space with a table and also a shower to remove the sand. The area is quiet, there is a free beach within walking distance. Elisa was a very nice and always available host, she also left us a welcome gift 💞 Super recommended accommodation also for families!

We had a very nice vacation in Federico's apartment. The apartment is beautiful, clean and well equipped. The great pool area, the location right on the beach and the great view from the balcony are also positive things to mention. We were 2 adults and 2 children (8 and 9 years) and had more than enough space in the apartment. Federico and Laura are super nice and helpful hosts. The communication before and during the stay was great. Federico had provided us with all accurate and relevant information in advance. Even our late arrival was no problem and Federico had also reserved a parking space for us. All in all a 5 star service :-). It was certainly not our last stay in Federico's apartment. We wanted a modern, well-maintained, clean and tidy apartment, and this apartment was just what we wanted. We love to drink our coffee in the morning and look out over the sea, and that was possible this week. Dealing with the hosts gave us confidence and security and we are grateful for it. Will definitely visit again.

Beautiful apartment with a view over the city and the beach. Easy to reach with a car and private parking space. Main street and beach within short walking distance. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and lovely terrace.

The apartment was very clean, new, with all the equipment (as in the pictures and description). Markus was quick to respond and helpful with any questions. It's been a long time since we've been to such a beautiful place, an apartment where everything was really top . I highly recomende Markus place , we wil definitely come back. We had an amazing stay in the apartment. The area is perfect with a little child (ours turned one during our stay), directly at the beach, very nice and clean pool area and the apartment has everything needed. We especially enjoyed the large balcony. We would love to come back someday. Antonio was very friendly and the communication was fast and easy.

Alessandro's apartment was like the description. Everything we needed was available. We even got small bowls and an espresso pot. You just have to ask yourself and it will be made possible, which is possible. Apartment was clean and super equipped with three terraces (the third is only for standing and enjoying the view). Very convenient was also the first breakfast downstairs on the ground floor. and of course the umbrella and the two loungers (with us in the first row, yeah). The correspondence with Alessandro was commendable. He has written more often on his own. If you don't want it so lifted off, the apartment is just right. And of course we loved being at the beach in three minutes. Thank you very much for everything.

It was in every way the most beautiful vacation I have ever spent with my family. The apartment was comfortable, very clean and met all needs, in addition to a wonderful view. You feel different and wonderful at the wonderful market in the city center of Karauli. Great stay, everything perfect as described, ample space, clean, host always available, what more could you ask for? The most beautiful part is in the basement, a huge living room with a pool table and a very large bathroom! Highly recommended!

This little villa was exactly as advertised. Beautifully surrounded by greenery and only 10 minutes away from the beach in foot, it had the perfect balance of quiet and lively. Barbara is a lovely host, and will give you lots of recommendations on what to do around Cavallino and in the greater Venice area. The ferry to Venice is only 5 minutes away by car, and you can get one every 30 minutes or so. All in all, a great location and a gem of an airbnb if you want to check out Venice and the Adriatic beaches. Highly recommended.

The host was very friendly and accommodating. They met me as I exited the bus and walked with me to the house.

Adequate place and host available. I recommend a car cover as the parking lot is located in the pine forest and the presence of numerous birds creates discomfort. Recommended
