Ms Kim was a responsive and generous host. We appreciate that she allowed us to do early check-in for free. The place was as pretty, neat and high-end stylish as in the photos. The fresh smell of the bedroom actually prompted me to look for the same brand and purchase one for my own home. We’ve been doing bnb’s in Twin Lakes but first time in Merlot and in a 1 BR unit. Normally we would just go out to eat. But with Ms Kim’s place, I was inspired to cook with the well-equipped kitchen and bought ingredients at Robinson’s supermarket being very nearby. My husband and I did not leave the place at all as we just slept all day in their soft bed, ate the food I prepared, played with our cat Chimmy and enjoyed Netflix. Oh, I almost forgot to mention that we also liked the view and spent time just talking, listening to music and the rain while lounging at the balcony. Will definitely go back. The place: Good value for your money! Good place for disconnecting to the outside world since the signal is a little weak which is a good thing, it was described as it is. What you see and read is what you get! The host: the host was vey responsive and answered all my questions and confusion, it has been a while since the last time I used Airbnb and it was really nice to be back! The care taker: the care taker was very accomodating and nice to us, we were a little noisy during the evening but she patiently told us to tone down. Suggestions: Add more lighting to the pool area as it will be the place where most people will stay during the night. Add more lighting on the roof deck as it is a good place to stay at night while you enjoy tagaytay. Overall, the place is great! I will come back to this place and bring my other friends as is it a good place to unwind. Thank you host and caretaker!

The host is very accommodating and considerate. There was confusion at first on the number of beds available, as it turns out, it was a studio type unit. The host provided us a workable and convenient remedy. The place is nice and cozy. We enjoyed every moment of our stay.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. They have all the necessary stuff that you can use, they have fast internet connection, huge TV and a nice porch with direct access to the beach. I love that the place is quiet and private. No hassle check in and check out experience is a plus.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was exactly as described- clean and spacious, with a heated pool when we arrived and equipped with everything we needed. The location was ideal, as it was accessible to nearby attractions and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. The host was responsive, the check-in process was smooth, and she even allowed and assisted us in arranging a home service massage. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay when you're a big group 🫶❤️ Definite recommendable

We had a pleasant overnight stay at Cham's place. The unit is big, clean and as described. The space is more than enough for our family of nine adults, very comfortable; the bedrooms and bathrooms are big. The host is very accommodating and easy to talk to. I would recommend Cham's place for Tagaytay staycations.

We stayed in overnight because we were to attend to a wedding on Monday and I get why this airbnb gets booked fast: it’s definitely nearby the places one should visit when going to Tagaytay such as Pink Sisters and SVD (about 11-15mins away), and the Antonio restaurants’ Balay Dako and Bag of Beans and Charito’s. It is also near convenience stores and water refilling stations so it wasn’t hard to get what we needed. Though the place is well kept and very private, the neighbors’ dogs were the ones that I wanted to give a review to lol. Also, whomever stayed before us did not use the microwave properly and so although it was clean, we were not able to use it. Luckily there were pots and pans available, and Ms. Mabel as well as the caretaker Sir Kirk were nice and understanding enough not to blame it on us (I reported it immediately). The place was clean, all the linens were provided and the place seemed secure. Will recommend and will try it out again for longer stay.

Narelax ang buong family namin during our stay. Maganda and maaliwas ang place and secured din. Child-friendly since may play area sila na indoor. malawak din ang outdoor area nila. We also used the videoke to our hearts content since nakaenclose sya so nakocontain yun ingay sa loob. Napakamaasikaso ng magasawang host and they see to it na maayos at comfortable kami. I will surely recommend the place sa mga friends and family ko. This will also be at the top of my list for family staycation.

The place very clean and peacefull. I love the interior of the house, very minimalist. The view is very greeny and we love swimming at night under the moon There's a lot of space for everyone inside. Would love to have a real karaoke machine outside beside the pool. Kuya Julius and his wife is very accomodating and kind.

First of all, Ms Leticia is truly a great host, very responsive and considerate and her representative Kuya Dan was very helpful and knowledgeable with his job 😊 The location of the house is about 2km from the highway, so it isn't truly commute-friendly but if you like cozy, peaceful, & quiet place, then this is it! House is equipped with all we ever needed even coffee maker & a functional oven. Too bad the ice-maker was acting up during our stay🥲 But the hot water in the tap in the sinks are very useful and the AC in the living room is super efficient. Although, one of the room's AC didn't have the remote so we had to manually operate. Our daughters enjoyed the board games, videoke, billiards, darts, jacuzzi, hammock & the surround sound of the TV 😁 Overall, our stay in Ms.Letecia's was another memorable NYE experience in the bag ❤️ (oh, there were little ants that's quick to invade, those fast thin ones not the thick red kind. Also, don't forget your mosquito repellent)

Very cozy spot been in the Philippines traveling for almost 2 months and it was nice to feel at home for a night. The place is close to a lot of food options and a mall so if you’re trying to explore it’s convenient. 11/10 would stay again.

We stayed for 1 night and based on the listing details, we thought it would be a good place to stay in. We got exactly what we expected and we’re quite happy with the experience overall. Checking in was easy, the allotted parking space is so convenient, and the unit had everything we needed to be comfy. From the responsiveness, unit cleanliness, and the overall ease that we felt during the stay, I can vouch for Ethel as a superhost.

Nth time stay here in Eco's Crib and it was even better than the first time because you became very familiar with the place. Every time we are in Tagaytay we always choose to stay here because of the peaceful and relaxing place, near to everything. The owner Sir Ralph is super nice and very accommodating. This place is a must-try. It's a well-designed, very clean and well-kept house. Kevin is very polite and treats us very well. We always have a wonderful time here.

our stay is good. super nice smell of unit plus they have mini board alphanumeric for kids. hope they have complete set my kids really enjoyed it. also the door in balcony if you can change it for safety reasons. overall we really enjoyed it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
