the hotel is perfectly situated- infront of serin ayala and magallanes square. The staff are all accomodating and helpful, they even provide us a sketch of the resto that we are looking near alfonso💋 I'm missing blue😍 The friendly hotel dog:)

We really enjoyed our vacation and my parents really liked the place! Ate Aiza, the caretaker was very accommodating also. We were looking forward to this vacation and we really were able to rest and relax in this place. Communicating with the caretaker was a breeze, the location is very accessible and the place was clean as well. Thank you so much. The view is gorgeous, just opening the curtain and seeing the volcano right in front of you is an entire vacation in itself. I could just sit there and look for hours and be happy. The pictures don't really show the reality, the view is even better than expected. Those SMDC towers are quite ugly and spoil the landscape in my opinion, but the good thing is that you don't see them when you're inside the apartment and can just enjoy the lake view. 😊 The apartment itself is comfy and has all amenities. Cooking stove, kitchen utensils, fridge and freezer. I didn't have problems with the internet, was always fast enough for video streaming without interruptions.

It was a quiet and peaceful place and Renea was very helpful and easy to reach.

The overall experience was okay naman. I just didn't expect the room to be kinda smaller, and the beds are small too. Masikip siya for 2pax and the room is masikip for 4pax. The balcony has a smell. Meron man lang sanang mineral water like the other hotels & airbnbs. Although the host and the caretakers are kind!

We had a great time staying at Ysettings Private Resort. The place is clean especially the bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen is fully equipped, they even provided some charcoal for us to grill. The place is easy to find since its pin location is accurate in G Maps. The host is also very responsive. We'll definitely recommend the place and will surely be back next time! 😊

nice place. very responsive and helpful host. free use of swimming pool of the condominum, except for mondays and thursday for cleaning of the pool. beware: do not accept the offer of the security guard for the parking space outside the condominum bldg with a parking fee of P300 especially when he does not give a parking ticket. ask the availability of the parking space inside the bldg. thank you to the responsive host!

We really enjoy our stay to Rose place. Great balcony view of taal and the lake. Good kitchen and almost everything is available. Will definitely come back. Kuya Vic was really nice to accommodate us early. A very Great stay indeed! 🍾

Ms. Camille and Ms. Irish had detailed instructions and were very accomodating during our stay. However, smell once we walked in was unpleasant (maybe due to a disinfectant spray used ); internet was weak (we were informed by hosts that maybe due to weather/wind, net can be laggy); and AC was not as functional (messaged the host reg. this maybe prev. guests clicked options - ending, it was not getting cold even at 16deg. Good thing, weather was cold that night so we opened the window and balcony). But overall, unit and view was great. We got to enjoy chilling in the balcony due to the great weather in Tagaytay. Place was strategic. Grocery stores and restaurants were just around the area. Transpo (jeeps and bus) is very accesible too. Easy check-in and check-out too. Host and caretaker were accomodating and fast in replying whenever we have questions or needed any help. Thank you for the stay! We enjoyed Tagaytay 🍃😁

I came looking for a place that is just quiet and not that expensive. It was an unplanned trip that's why. Good thing Ate Gemma was responsive and arranged a trike to pick us up from the town proper. The place was just what I needed. A comfortable bed, a kitchen where I can cook simple meals, and the view of the sea. I wanted to watch the sunrise. But we extended our stay for the sunset. Maybe next time I will avail the island tour for more activities. But if you just want to have some peaceful time while staring blankly into the sea, consider this place.

Enjoyed our visit with my partner, the owner is very responsive on our messages, the room is neat and clean, the balcony's view and the room is outstandingly beautiful, overall the place is a perfect 10.

We were so happy to find this place! Mrs. Czarina was incredibly welcoming - even though we booked late at night, she still accommodated us without hesitation .
