Ellen was an incredible host - very responsive to our prestay questions and very accessible. Her place is exceptional and very unique. It was perfect for our youth ministry retreat.

Ken and Tania’s place was really nice. The backyard with pool, deck, hot tub and play area for kids was awesome! Only 2 short blocks to Lake Huron. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. Furniture and beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the decor. They suggested places to eat that did not disappoint. We enjoyed our stay!

Susan was a wonderful host and her home was lovely!! This was a perfect and comfortable fit for our family of 5 to visit Sarnia for a hockey tournament. We drove from Philadelphia and this home was just what we needed after a long drive. Extremely cozy and the beds are very comfortable!! The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Definitely book for your visit to Sarnia!!

The home is spacious and perfect for a group. The views were incredible the beach was great and the night sky was vibrant. I would recommend this location for anyone looking for a large home group getaway.

We rode our motorcycles from Ottawa to David's Brights Grove cottage and when we arrived, he had a nice cold one in the fridge for our arrival and fresh farm eggs (we didn't cook unfortunately). The cottage is sooo close to a beautiful blue water beach yet is far enough away, tucked in to the cutest and quietest little neighborhood you've ever seen. The cottage has a lovely, very private patio, all surrounded by plants and flowers and the trees keep it all wonderfully shaded. Also a nice outdoor fireplace and one indoors too. David stopped by on Sunday morning and told us to take our time checking out, chatted about the area with my partner (who grew up in that area 50/60 years ago), and took some pics of our motorcycles. What a fantastic person, we didn't meet Juli but hopefully in the future. Thank you David and Juli. We'll be spreading the word through the biker community to definitely check you out. Cheers. We loved staying at Jason's place. Nicely designed and thoughtfully laid out, it was perfect for our family of three (plus dog) to spend a week. Brights Grove is a lovely area on the lake. It feels secluded and calm, but has easy walking access to major amenities—a grocery store, drug store, Tim Hortons, pizzeria, etc—and is a short drive to Sarnia. We were warm and cosy despite the very wintry weather we had, and Jason was a perfect host—extremely responsive and helpful.

Louise is a great host! Very friendly and great communication. We had a minor issue with the fireplace and Louise called me to troubleshoot and then sent someone the next morning and had the issue fixed. The place is gorgeous, lots of "areas" to hang out and enjoy. Beds were SUPER comfy and the linens were crisp and clean. The place was super clean!! 15 minute walk to the lake which was nice. I would highly recommend staying here, especially with a group!

The house was beautifully done, furnished comfortably, and met our needs perfectly. We stayed during a winter storm and it was cozy and relaxing watching the snow fall. Our hosts made sure that the driveway and porch were cleared before we left. We were there during Valentine's weekend and they added extra touches of Valentine's decorations (not too overdone, but perfect to give that extra cuteness). We would love to stay there again!

We booked Jeff's cottage for a week and loved the location in a peaceful residential neighborhood less than a block from Lake Huron. The cottage contained all the amenities that one could need. A full size grocery store was only four blocks from the cottage. We enjoyed dining on his back deck and watching the sunsets on the nearby lakeshore. We had a question about the TV and Jeff came over and helped us. Jeff was always very prompt with all communications with us. We enjoyed riding the bicycles provided and he had a great game room set up in the garage. It felt like a home away from home and we will be back again.

Our stay was wonderful! The home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been better for the Silver Stick hockey tournament in Sarnia. A special shoutout to Noeleen, who was so helpful and responded quickly to our emails with any questions we had. Her attentiveness made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area!

This home was the perfect spot for my family to meet at for the holidays! It's even cuter in real life than it is in the photos. We had the best Christmas ever and didn't want to leave! Kalena is a great host and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

This home, location, and town are all so beautiful and quaint. The beach is wonderful, the house had everything we needed, and the Alli Bar is such a fun place to grab a drink. Chuck and Dawn are super responsive and kind. We'll definitely try to book this home again!

We came for the Silversticks hockey tournament weekend! The house was just right! The kids loved the card games and the parks close by! Mark and Michelle were very prompt when responding and lovely to communicate with! We hope to be back for the next hockey tournament that brings us back to Port Huron!

We had an amazing stay! The home was fully stocked with everything we needed—extra soaps, detergents, paper towels, and toiletries. The pantry had a great variety of spices (including Tajin!), and the fridge was stocked with basics. The beds were super clean and comfortable, and the home itself was cozy and spotless. We loved the Bluetooth speaker too. Even when we needed scotch tape for a birthday sign, we found it there. The jacuzzi was a fantastic way to unwind, and we really enjoyed it during our stay. The only issue was with the grill; although it was listed as an amenity, the Blackstone didn’t work, even after we refilled the gas tank. We ended up cooking on the fire pit in 5-degree weather, but it worked out! The location was quiet and peaceful, perfect for unwinding. Overall, we rate this home a 9/10 and would love to return, especially in the summer to use the putt-putt! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped home away from home.

This is our second time staying here. We love how close it is to grocery stores and the hockey arenas. The kitchen has everything we need to cook and a large table for everyone to eat together. The rooms are awesome sized with their own bathrooms.

This home was one of the best we stayed in, had all the amenities for a short stay, and every little thing was thoughtfully planned out by Mr. Guil. A must-stay for living in the 21st Century, we were totally bowled over I must say.
