Vacation rentals with beach access in Lerici

We had a lovely week in viareggio the apartment is lovely and in a great location, the host is very helpful and friendly.

Great, spacious apartment, 5 minute walk to the beach with a private parking spot. The kitchen was also well equipped. Luigi was a very responsive and friendly host. We would be happy to stay here again.

We stayed at Chiara’s for 5 days and really enjoyed the sparkly clean apartment and the fantastic location. Chiara was extremely clear in her directions, including by sending pics and a video. They made it very easy to find and self-check in. We loved coming back to the apartment just in time for sunset to enjoy the perfect view from the table that is strategically placed there, presumably for this purpose. Thank you for making our very first visit to Cinque Terre so special.

Matteo’s apartment is a lovely spot atop the streets of Monterosso. Matteo and his aunt were very hospitable and responded to every inquiry in a timely manner. Please be prepared for stairs. The flat is up 40 steps to the first floor of the apartment and then an additional staircase to the two bedrooms and bathroom. And then if you want even more, there is a very steep ladder stairway up to a rooftop area with a 360 view of Monterosso and the sea. Walk to the cinque terre trail and the train station or down to the beach. The place is well maintained and the bedrooms comfortable. Be aware the washing machine is not functioning. All told a great place in a beautiful village.

Rosanna and Salvatore are the perfect hosts to a charming and unique apartment with the most spectacular views in Riomaggiore. You will be greeted with such kindness and warmth. They provided us with a lot of information and helped us with our luggage which was very appreciated as there are steps but it was helpful that there are handrails. You have everything you need here. It is so tastefully decorated and really a once in a lifetime experience. The patio views are amazing. It is more than a place to stay.. it is an experience that you will savor in years to come. Thankyou to our hosts for providing this memory.

The place has a beautiful view, nice furniture, great location, well equipped kitchen. We toured the 5 Cinque Terre towns and like Monterosso the best. We liked the restaurants, beach and atmosphere. We’d stay there again. I would note that the staircase into the apartment is steep and long. I would not recommend for small kids or anyone with balance issues. Additionally, the apartment is close to the train tracks. The trains can be loud as they pass by. I’m a hard sleeper so the noise was not an issue for me. We’d stay there again. Overall, we were very happy. We definitely recommend this apartment.

The apartment is very spacious and well located. I want to mention that given its location close to the main street it is quite noisy especially in the summer when we have to leave the windows open. But otherwise 5 min to everything. And the hosts were accommodating

Everything as described. Main strengths location (beachfront) and well arranged spaces. A relaxing stay also thanks to the outdoor spaces of the house. Lauro and staff are always available and conciliatory. The beautiful garden can attract mosquitoes if the heat becomes persistent (in that case the availability of mosquito nets would be a plus)

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

Good surroundings in Moneglia. You can reach Cinque Terre very quickly by train.

The house is very nice and the view of the hills and the sea is wonderful. There is a very nice multi-story garden, a balcony, a table and chairs outside, you feel great. Heating is paid separately, three of us didn't pay too much. The road to get there is typical mountain, we had no problems. Gloria is very kind, we recommend Pietrasanta!

Peaceful, quiet and private. Graziella and Alberto are really nice hosts, communication was great. The house is sparkling clean, spacious and warm. It was a great experience.

Lidia is amazing and her place is wonderful! Levanto is an awesome place to explore and a great home base for exploring cinque terre.

Lola, very kind, attentive and helpful, the terrace overlooking the sea is beautiful and has allowed us to have lunch outdoors on December 29, exceptional sunsets and the noise of the waves in the background. The parking lot is a little limited but having already visited 5 Terre, Portovenere and surroundings, we preferred to learn more about Tellaro and Lerici.

We felt right at home! Such a lovely Airbnb. It was clean, cozy and well decorated. the bed and pillows were very comfortable, and Enrica was so helpful and accommodating. Also it was great having the bakery and the store right below us and the bus stop was just a short walk! 10/10

We just left Sarahs Villa in Portovenere it was so beautiful and hard to leave. Beautifully decorated and well kept in a beautiful building location with the most outstanding views. Sarah has been great the whole week we were there. We will definitely come back and I highly recommend. Perfect welcome extremely clean and pleasant accommodation with a view of the sunrise and very responsive and accommodating host the only negative is the access only on foot not easy when you are loaded but the alleys are very pleasant to walk to park there is an easy access and secure paid parking there are free places but not always free we had a pleasant stay Thank you very much in Alessia for this accommodation

Thank you very much Super Luigi😉!! We just had a great stay in Viareggio with my wife and our 2 children. And the apartment offered by Gianmarco is a big part of it!! The property is clean and very functional, spacious enough for 4 people! An exceptional location! A few meters from the main boardwalk that runs along the beautiful beaches of Viareggio and its bagnos by ten. Exceptional restaurants like the "Pivot bistro di mare" or "l 'Amaro" are just a few meters away! And what about the communication from Gianmarco who was very good advice and who was always able to make himself available according to our needs! This place was beyond our expectations. The location couldn’t have been more perfect in this little town by the sea. You are so close to everything. The place was exactly as described. It is small but very charming. The patio is where we spent most of our time overlooking the harbor…it is so peaceful and beautiful. Our host was so responsive to our every question and helpful with suggestions on activities and restaurants. Even helped us with certain hikes to take. You won’t be disappointed staying here. I hope to be able to come back someday soon.

Our family had a wonderful stay - the location is amazing - very close to the train station, restaurants and right on the beach. Communication was very proactive and we appreciated the walk through of the property on arrival. There is definitely a “retro” feel to the apartment, but it didn’t detract from the experience. Overall it was a great home base to explore the area.

Charming apartment with a sea view. Everything is clean and as described. Paola and her husband greeted us when we arrived and were very responsive when we asked them questions. The garage is a plus. The city center is 5min walk and the train station that serves the 5 lands, or Genoa, Portofino 15min walk. Great, I recommend it!!!

Cozy apartment with great views. There were a lot of steps even with limited luggage but that's expected and how you get the amazing views. We struggled a bit to find in the rain from the parking garage but the host took care of everything. We were met by Sabrina and her daughter who were very friendly and helpful. They explained everything about the apartment and have some restaurant ideas. The views from the balcony and terrace were amazing and the area is wonderful. Easy to hike or catch trains from here. We miss it and would return.
