Monthly Rentals in Leipers Fork

We enjoyed our stay for the Storybook Cottage immensely. The decor was ideal for it's location in the woods and it felt homey and current. We had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay.

Our family (young children in tow) loved Joey's bungalow. From the moment we walked in, the beautifully curated spaces made us feel right at home. The backyard with the trampoline and playhouse were an added bonus, as was the playground that was easily accessible right out the back gate. We loved that we could talk to props to look at their old fashioned toys and pick out some candy treats during our visit. The lovely art pieces were my favorite and the charming front porch swing was the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine or cup of coffee. I also loved all of the extra added touches such as the wonderful smelling room spray. I even had to stop by Props to get some to take home! Thanks so much to Joey and Kacey for your stellar hospitality!

Enjoyed our stay at this tiny home. The location is nice and the beds were comfortable. We did have trouble getting WiFi but that was our only hiccup. It may have been because there was a storm happening. The compost toilet might not be for everyone so make sure you realize you will have to empty it before you Leave.

One of our favorite out of town stays and our favorite hosts! Beautiful, clean, peaceful home and beautiful people to host it! Kasey and JT are the finest of people and so generous and welcoming and connecting! This home is a home away from home and has everything you need and then some. We love the animal friends and doggos on the property. We wouldn’t choose anywhere else when traveling south!
