Vacation rentals with a firepit in Leicestershire

Lucy was great - always responsive and helpful/clear with instructions. The place itself was fantastic, I was there with my wife, brother and some friends over New Year, and we were very comfortable. We had our dogs as well, who loved the garden! (Though note that the garden is not fully enclosed). We had a wonderful time - thanks Lucy!

We had a lovely stay at Marc’s place. We ate at the Cross Keys on his recommendation and the food was excellent, if a little busy but that was due to the rugby. Kitchen had everything we needed and overall a great stay. A bit of noise in the evening (Saturday night) from the pub up the road but quiet but 11-11:30.

This cottage is simply excellent. The decor is beautiful , fabulous beds and bedlinen , brilliant shower . It’s truly gorgeous, comfortable warm and so tasteful. The host Jane is very friendly and really helpful. I didn’t want to leave and will absolutely be back . Close to Market Harborough, great shops, pub a few minutes walk , easy to find and really peaceful. It’s a gem

My daughter and I had an amazing few days here and Isabel was so helpful before our arrival and whilst we stayed. The welcome pack including local fresh bread and quality chocolate were lovely touches. The studio was a really luxurious place to stay, yet also very homely. Lighting the fire and sweeping the ash the next morning brought back wonderful childhood memories of my Nana’s house. Despite not being far from home, we both managed to relax, enjoyed being creative with our hobbies and explored some of the surrounding countryside, local villages and Stamford. The Blonde Beet for lunch was recommended by Isabel and it did not disappoint us. The food was so wonderful. Watching the little lambs and walking amidst the snowdrops through the little wood on the estate, helped us relax even more. On our second evening it was exciting being able to prepare a meal for my husband and other daughter who were working and they joined us for the evening. It was really special. Thanks Isabel.

We booked the house for a family weekend visiting in Derby. Great central location. Fantastic house with high ceilings and original period architecture, tastefully decorated. Loads of space to relax in and was a perfect stay. Highly recommended.

Thank you so much for a magical stay at Lazy Nest we wanted for nothing the house was perfect and had all the amenities it was beautifully decorated for the Christmas period it was the perfect stay for our family hopefully will be returning soon.

We enjoyed our stay in Andy’s place. It was as described, very clean and comfortable. The location was ideal for us to visit family in the area. Andy’s instructions to find the place were spot and meant a very easy check in. He was quick to respond to any queries we had. Christmas Crackers were a lovely Festive touch!

I enjoyed my stay at Lola's. It was a nice, clean, wonderful stay. Lola was a great host. I will definitely return on my next visit to Leicester.

Hosts were wonderful, friendly and did everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Quiet and peaceful location whilst also being close to the city centre. All around a great place to stay, would definitely recommend

We had a great weekend at the Hedges! A very peaceful and relaxing place that is well cared for. We felt that the family were close by if we needed anything but this wasn’t an intrusive presence. The apartment had everything we needed for a weekend away including free parking which is a great bonus! Thank you so much Jo
