Great place to stay Joshua was very helpful when it came to check in and the stay itself was very pleasant. I would recommend staying here and will likely do so myself again.

The stay was perfect, exactly as described and Crispus was a great host.

Luca was very good with checkin, great instructions and very responsive. We had a couple of issues upon arrival however Luca was very understanding and sent a handyman round in the evening to fix the issue. Overall a great host - would recommend

It was one of the best accoms. we cud ask for. We genuinely had no difficulties with the place. It had more than enough amenities. We felt like we were at home and more. The host was also extremely communicative with an instant response time. The location is extremely central with many options for food and grocery nearby. We thought there would be a lot of noise but to our surprise we couldn’t hear anything. Would highly recommend staying here if you visit.

Sandy is such a lovely host!!! His place is cozy and all equipped! He is responsive and is very kind! The place is around 3 min walk to city center so it is very convenient and easy. He is a lovely person so please don’t hesitate to book this place!!! It has got everything you need for the stay and very very short walk from the city center which is amazing!!!!! Craig was the perfect host, probably the best we've ever had on AirBnB. The flat is in a great location, minutes walk from the centre of Nottingham and the Ice Arena with lots of shops and restaurants nearby, yet we could sleep with the windows open and it was perfectly quiet, like being in a small village instead of a busy city centre. Lots of thoughtful touches from bottles of water, pastries and biscuits to essentials like cooking oil, salt and pepper, plenty of toilet rolls, tissues, a toothbrush, you name it and Craig has thought of it. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend, and hopefully we'll be back next year.

Adele’a stay was home away from home . Cosy and nestled in a great location . Most importantly adele was just a message away to help with anything that was needed. Highly recommend her place !

We had the pleasure of having our colleague Tom stay here, and he absolutely LOVED the apartment! It’s such a beautiful space—well-furnished, modern, and up-to-date. Khalid is an AMAZING host—always super accommodating, helpful, and just a message away! This is the second apartment we've booked with him, and we can’t recommend it enough. Highly recommend booking with Khalid for a fantastic stay!

Great place for workers wanting to be close to the city. Free enclosed parking and secure area plus nice little flat with the amenities you need. Could do with some tea towels and more cooking items. Other than that a lovely place

Location was excellent for our purposes (in the center of the city, few minutes walking distance from the University, the market and the railway station) The host was a bit slow in responding before arrival in the UK, but issues regarding were resolved upon arrival at the airport. Overall the apartment was in good to excellent condition apart from some issues which were considered minor due to the relative short stay of 8 days. (One window was very tricky to open and close, the freezer needed some defrosting, one of the faucets had a broken drainer, no towels or sheets were changed during the length of our stay)

Great location, lots of space, very clean. Ignore the Airbnb photos, the place looks 10x better. The host should get some new photos.

The host was really responsive and tried to make our stay as good as possible. What I didn't realise is that the place is on top of a restaurant, so will not be very quiet. I believe it is new host, so he is doing excellent so far. The place is small but tidy and excellent for short stays. We visited Leicester for a day and it is a good stay if you like the night life. But if you value your quiet night more than everything, I'll suggest a place a bit further away from the main streets. Overall I like the place and will recommend it for young people who want to explore the city and probably the night life there.

We stayed at Raffaele’s place for my sister’s hen party and it was perfect - the loft apartment is even better than it looks in photos and has lots of quirky decorations. The hot tub and sauna are a bonus, and the bedroom is stunning (especially the shower and giant bed). Only suggestion would be to make sure you bring eye masks as there are no curtains - we could only find 2 in the main bedroom. Raffaele was super responsive and provided great recommendations!

Lovely and clean. Towels and linen provided. Nice use of space. Outdoor space private. Hot tub was fantastic way to relax.
