The water is clear and clean, perfect for swimming and water activities. Very clean shoreline (no weeds). It's a beautiful, peaceful and private place.

The views are surreal! With over a 200 degree view, sitting on the couch seems like sitting over the top of the water. Located on a small protected bay, also home to two yacht clubs, you'll see boaters of all kinds. The fishing is fabulous right from the dock. Located on a quiet private road, you'll be walking distance a from restaurants, an ice cream shop, shopping, banking, the local library, and even a small winery! Sleep to sound of waves, the property is located literally on the creak. Massive windows overlook the water, that sparkles in the morning sun. Luxury bathroom with soak tub and stand in shower. Property is located on a beautiful trail, 2 minutes walk from a waterfall and historic park. 2 small grocery stores are nearby, one of them stocks costco items. Location is right off the highway and near kingston. 10 minute drive to kingston, 15-20 to Queens. No bus routes here. Car recommended

Perfect Waterfront Property. Location, Location!

Make memories enjoying a newly Constructed 1920 Square Foot Property on "The River" while sitting on or using our 80 foot private dock for that memorable fishing trip. Feel free to use the rowboats, kayaks and or firepit while enjoying the views of the ships passing in front of you. For the winter enthusiasts, the St. Lawrence County Snowmobile trail system is directly accessible from the property. Location and Quality says it all!

Amazing waterfront! Beautiful shoreline on Sand Lake (part of the Rideau System). Fun & space for everyone. Rental includes several watercraft! We also have a hot tub and two fire pits! Our goal is to provide our guests with an affordable price and great value for their money. As such, we do not provide bedding. This keeps our prices low.
