We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Shack! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a well maintained property. The rooms were spacious, and thoughtfully decorated, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect—close to the local shops, great local restaurant Wapalapam, beaches etc.. yet still peaceful and relaxing. The amenities provided were top-notch, from the comfortable bedding to the well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Villa Shack to anyone looking for a perfect holiday retreat!

We had a great stay in Mauritius. We fell in love with Le Morne , beautiful scenery, authentic atmosphere, kindness of the locals, diversity of cultures . Thanks to François for hosting and advice. Perfect stay at the foot of Le Morne... Lots of kindness and attention in this proposal, all comfort with a beautiful garden, a welcome pool with local temperatures, Le Morne beach is beautiful, every day you can swim with beautiful turtles and meet beautiful exotic fish, culminating in January, meeting the sperm whales by private boat...The dream of my life! The restaurant down the block is very good, very nice little shops too! An absolutely divine glacier... The highlight of this stay, the kindness of Maria, Bernard her husband and cleaners, the gardener, every day present, but also the adorable little dog who accompanies us and watches over us with tenderness! I don't forget the birds and the nature that surrounds us at the foot of this beautiful mountain in Mauritius! Thank you Maria for this great welcome offer in Mauritius!

Beautiful setting next to Le Morne and short walk away from the beach. The apartment was well located and clean, and it was great also to have the pool available to use. Would recommend 😊
