Peaceful place, kind and available host. Definitely worth it!

Lorenzo and Alma were absolutely wonderful. Despite the delays in our arrival, they supported us throughout the entire process. The house itself is beautiful, spacious, and very quiet. The stairs might be a challenge for some, but they weren’t an issue for us. I would definitely love to come back!

If you are looking for peace and relaxation, Daria's little cottage is in good hands. But it is also a perfect place as a starting point for excursions. You can drive quickly to Pisa/Lucca and thanks to the nearby train station (Romano/St.Croce, free parking) you can reach Florence in three quarters of an hour without stress. There's not much going on in Cerretti itself, but there's a little supermarket. You can eat well in the nearby places Buti and Quattro Strade. Daria gives wonderful tips, also for excursions, beach, etc., and can be reached around the clock. A very lovely host! The cottage is lovingly decorated in vintage - Cottage - Core - style. But you also have to like that, if you expect luxury, this is the wrong place. Those who, on the other hand, love their quaint country life are in the right place. The pool was a treat after long excursions. The terrace behind the house is wonderful for long summer evenings, also Wi-Fi works there. Otherwise, there is everything you need - plenty of dishes, basic amenities, bedding. Like I said, the wonderfully warm hostess takes care of dedication. Value was top notch!

We loved this place. The grandmother welcomed us and she was such a nice lady! There is a lot of space for the kids to play and the view from the swimming pool with the sunsets is amazing! It’s an ideal place to visit some villages in the neighborhood during the day and to relax at the end of the day at the pool. We would love to come back a bit longer!

Typical Italian House, very large with large bedrooms and equally large toilets. Being a typical Italian house, old though with good structure, it remembers those very large mansions... decor is felt in another time! Quiet place. Host is 5 stars, always responds promptly with solutions. The possibility to hire Lunch or Dinner service for some special event, in my case, a birthday that was a magical evening, with typical Tuscan dinner very well prepared, decorated, tasty with live music (jazz).

This was a breathtaking area. The photos don't do it justice, beautiful in each and every direction. Upon arrival we were in awe of the views and that remained for each and every day at the property. There's secure parking for your car, which we appreciated. The property was very clean and homely, which made it easy to settle into. Norma and her family were an absolute pleasure to deal with and provided us with lists of great recommendations. If you're looking for a place to relax and enjoy some spectacular views or need a base for an adventure in Tuscany, look no further!
