All right, a downside for the Saturday night party (end of February) with the neighbors outside the residence, adjoining the outdoor terrace. Too much noise to sleep in.

a big thank you to Ana and Arnaud , very kind and attentive to our comfort. We loved being able to chat, which is rare because we have a lockbox to open more often than hosts who welcome you as if you were family!

Very nice apartment ,clean, bright, spacious , great location! The light when you wake up is lovely. Aurélie is very responsive and easily reachable. Just a small suggestion, a microwave would be a plus to warm up. We would highly recommend, we will come back if we come back through Cap Ferret!

The listing was as described. Easy to find and access it is very well located between Bassin and Ocean. Convenience stores help you find everything you need. There's no shortage of restaurants and oyster huts for amateurs. The beaches and edges of the pool are within reach and allow for a good stay. The pier that allows you to go to Arcachon by sea is 15 minutes away, certainly a little more in high season. Finally Daniel is very considerate while remaining discreet. He knows how to welcome and make his guests feel comfortable. Address that I recommend without restriction.
