Beautiful location! The house is spacious, furnished in a rustic style with attention to detail, creating a welcoming atmosphere. We spent four days in total tranquility, surrounded by nature and breathtaking scenery, perfect for relaxing and enjoying sunsets while walking in the surroundings. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the common areas are comfortable and well-organized. The host was extremely helpful and proactive from check-in, promptly responding to any needs. A place I highly recommend to anyone seeking a break immersed in nature.

Luigi's house is great! It has plenty of space inside, is well equipped and a wonderfully large garden. Many very pretty transmissions grow in it, but they have poisonous berries. Here you have to be careful with very young children. The beach was unfortunately not very tidy because of the low season, but the sea was still great. We were on site without a car, there are many shops, restaurants and two bus stops nearby. Unfortunately, the buses often arrive too early or too late and you have to buy your ticket in a point of sale or in an app, the bus driver is only exceptionally and then much more expensive. To Anzio (12km) it usually costs €1.30 for the bus driver but 7€. Natalia's care was warm and great and we were able to make arrival and departure flexible.

Carlos, your place was magnificent and we were welcomed by you very kindly. the entire property at the same time exudes elegance and comfort and is wonderfully located. We were particularly pleased that the swimming pool was still operational so late in the year and gave us the feeling of summer again. What particularly touched us was the delicious bottle of red wine for reception in conjunction with the interesting conversations with you. After all, we were also allowed to buy some canisters of olive oil from you, which we are very much looking forward to enjoying. Very good place for families with children. the apartment is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. A few restaurants, bars, bakery downstairs. Supermarkets 300 meters from the apartment. perfect base for everyday sightseeing in Rome. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the historic center. Very helpful and welcoming hosts. Highly recommended.

Hello and available as always, we are recurring guests, we have a great time.

Duration of stay: a week. Owner Claudia: responsive (even at nightmare when we encountered issue in the shower), helpful and pleasant. The flat: clean, spacious for 4 of us, adequate heating (Dec 2024), tiny lift (as expected of flats in Rome), on Level 7 (Road outside is on Level 0), very peaceful neighbourhood, 3-5min walk to 2 supermarkets ie Carrefour and Pam. Washing machine is provided. Saw a laundry shop within 3min wall but we didn't use it. Surrounding: we felt safe even at night. Walkable: Around 8min to Vatican, 10-12min to Castel Sant Angelo, probably 30min or so to Piazza Navona. No issue with getting restaurants in the area. All in all, good stay. Did we enjoy? Yes. Do we recommend? Yes.

AMAZING apartment. On the ground floor of a beautiful Liberty style Italianate building, with a beautiful garden and outbuilding seating area, in a super quiet authentic Roman neighborhood, if you want to know what real Rome is like, stay here. Restaurants, cafes, and stores all around, with convenient buses to take you in and out of the city, and within 1.5kms of a metro stop - Policlinico. I cannot recommend this place enough !!! And your hosts Giovanni and Veronica are amazing !!! There is a B&B on the 1st floor of the little villa, too, so if you are a large party, some can stay there.

Nedim's place was an excellent choice for a short city brake. The apartment is easy to reach by local train (Tuscolana station) and metro A line gets you everywhere. The best part of the apartment is definitely the roof terrace. It gives you a private outdoor space above the city traffic after spending the day around the city.

everything is fine, Mr. Giuseppe, a very kind person, made himself at home for the handover of the keys and the necessary explanations, accommodation as described, clean and with everything you need to spend 3 nights in complete serenity, in an area well served by services of all kinds and close to the metro, a 10-minute walk from the Vatican. top!

Had a Great stay with my son and best mate having visited for the rugby. Sarah along with her family ensured a stress free flexible check in and were extremely helpful. Place was perfect for my stay and it was a nice surprise that the accommodation was much larger than expected from the photos. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Sarah

We had a great stay. The apartment was modern and spotlessly clean. It was wonderful to have a second bathroom. Space was tight but that was fine. It would have been excellent to have a microwave and toaster. It was really helpful to have basics provided for the kitchen and washing machine. Everything we needed was close by and in walking distance...restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, cafes and our hosts provided really helpful info when we arrived. Historical attractions were close and easy to get to. Public transport was plentiful. We'd definitely recommend this place to others visiting Rome.

Thanks Luca and Alessia for their hospitality. We really liked the flat and its location. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with a child, we felt at home. There are many shops and restaurants nearby, the neighbourhood is quiet and pleasant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again!

Great place!

A central location with lots of great restaurants nearby. Very close to the bus, though not close to the metro -- but this was completely fine for us. Lots of buses and we were able to get everywhere we wanted to go very easily. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable, and because the bedroom had its own bathroom, this gave a little more privacy for three people, which was very nice. Be aware that there is a decent number of stairs to get up, in case you have issues with mobility. But overall, we had a great time.

Very nice house, free parking. I think it is a lovely accommodation during the summer with the garden. We stayed at the end of October and the place was a little damp. Overall everything was good.

Eriselda is a great host, kind, helpful, and always responds to messages quickly. There was no problem with late check-in and leaving the apartment later. Quiet village, beautiful beach, sunset and lots of bars and two well-stocked grocery stores. An apartment as described, equipped with all necessary appliances, dishwasher, iron, dryer, towels, etc. Very comfortable large double beds and a spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the sea. Great location, close to the airport but without the noise of planes, also easy access to Rome. I recommend this unit. 😊

Alessandra's apartment is really worth it. Location is great in order to visit the most iconic places in Rome if you are planning a 2-3 day trip. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. There are many places to eat around the apartment and a couple of small supermarkerts. Alessandra is a great hostess. Definitely a place to stay if you visit Rome.

Listing located outside of the hustle and bustle of Rome even if a room is a little noisy. The bus is at the foot of the building and takes you in 20min Piazza Venezia, to the center of Rome. Close to the Trastevere district, very pleasant in small restaurants and lively pedestrian street. Very clean accommodation, large. Very easy communication with the host who gives many tips. I recommend.

Most magical place in Rome. Perfect if you want a peaceful getaway inside Rome. The house fell like something out of history book and the art inside was also beautiful. Loved every detail that Svilena has put in the house, you can really see that this place is so well taken care of. Everything was spotless and so cozy and it really sets itself apart from other Airbnb’s as it felt like an actual home. Svilena was very responsive and the communication through out the stay was smooth and easy. <3

Isabella is an amazing host - was very flexible and quick to respond. I booked the place last minute and Isabella got it ready by my arrival. The place was spotless and clean. it had everything you needed and having a washer was a nice touch. The location is ideal for the north of Rome. You can walk around everywhere and there are amazing restaurants and bakeries nearby. The house itself is huge a lot of space and you don’t feel crammed. The neighborhood is safe and peaceful and the room is comfortable. Having coffee on the balcony was a nice touch.
