We loved the property! It was everything we wanted. Beautiful kitchen, en suite bathroom and loved the modern decor. Having little things like dishwasher and washer pods, along with an assortment of k-cups was extremely helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

I was staying with my family, they loved the place, both in the house and the surroundings. It's a comfortable and convenient place. It has a very space and clean feel. The attention we received was very appropriate. I was relatively close to everything by car, at least for us, it was not an inconvenience. Apart from the fact that it has all the amenities, we really liked that it is a place where you can be quiet and comfortable.

Great place to stay! Quiet neighborhood and close drive to the strip and restaurants. John was very accommodating in letting us check in earlier since we were in town for a funeral. It was much appreciated. Definitely would stay there again!

We are also Superhosts too and we try to “think of everything” and this place is the same. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood with a decent proximity to the strip and major highways. Would definitely recommend and will definitely stay again.

Stay was very comfortable for my large family of 13.

We loved our stay at Kathy’s! 12 mins to the strip, 15 mins to the airport, tons of things to do, see, and eat in the area. The beds were so comfortable and the apartment was clean and well furnished. Thoroughly enjoyed our time and highly recommend!

Rosi’s place was perfect! We used it just to sleep for the night and was a very cozy place! Would definitely would recommend and also plan on booking again!

When I come to Vegas, I know where I’ll be staying. Very accessible condominium complex, easily self check-in, has all the amenities needed for a stay.

Easy check in and check out. Close to red rocks and calico basin. Ms. E is responsive and communication was quick.

Solo, personal trip. Restaurants and points-of-interest were conveniently located. Walgreens right across the street. Secured entrance was very reassuring as well. It was too cold to use the pool and I didn’t stay long enough to use all amenities. Space clean and well-appointed. I would have preferred the ability to turn the thermostat/fan off for a more restful sleep. Other than that, exactly what I needed for my short stay. Thank you!

A good place to live for the CES . Many supermarkets around and only 15 mins driving to the LVCC.

This is our first stay at Bianca's place, third stay at the Flamingo Palms Villas in Las Vegas. This property is a beautiful gated community w/ an attendant 24/7. The location, value for money and price can't be beat! There's 2 pools & hot tubs. The pool with the beautiful palm trees is not heated. It makes a great "cold plunge"! Just a few steps to the south is a hidden much larger heated pool w/ jacuzzi [not in the listing pics]. It's great. Fun for kids, w/a 1 foot wading area. We loved Biancas bathroom remodel! Definitely nicest unit we've stayed in here! Lots of towels. W&D. Nice patio. THIS is the place! Get away from the chaos of The Strip but easily walk across the pedestrian bridge and you're in the center of the action at Ceasars Palace and Bellagio. Walk 1 block west to The Palms for their fabulous A.Y.C.E. buffet! There's also a Dennys and Chick-fil-A. Get grocery basics at the Walgreens on the corner. Walk to The Rio for Starbucks and see a Comedy Cellar show!

Great place. I stayed here while on a business trip. Nicholas has everything you need and the place is clean. It is close to the strip and everything you need for your stay. He is a great host and followed up with me to make sure I could get in to his condo. Uber has no issue getting in. I would stay again. The place is a great deal.

This was a great location to get around in Las Vegas. Close to the strip and the free shuttle to strip was a plus

Affordable accommodation. We usually stay in one of the hotels when in Vegas for business. It was a nice change to have a place that was like a home away from home that was only a short Uber ride to the convention venue. Highly recommend this comfortable accommodation. Milly is a great host.
