This was a great place to stay that was nice away from the businesses of the strip, but close enough to the strip to partake of all the things to do there. there were no parking fees here and no resort fees. We chose to leave cars parked and take Uber and Lyft rides to the strip. Bed was very comfy as well, would stay here again for sure.

The house was great and accommodated my family easily. The neighborhood was pretty quiet during our stay. It has everything we needed with respect to towels, and kitchen supplies. The beds were comfortable. Kaye was very responsive and the home was just as described.

Great to stay and relax in the quiet and clean apartment! Could see my truck from the room. Easy to access the space from parked to room in seconds. Temperature was nice….. I was working at Mandalay Bay and it took between 30 and 45 minutes to get there each morning. Consistently less than 30 minutes to get back each evening.

My daughters and I had such a comfortable stay. It was easy to come and go as we needed while visiting our family. Very clean when we arrived, felt very homey and relaxing. Looks exactly like the pictures provided and host is very responsive when needed. We will definitely be back in the future! <3

The place was clean and well-appointed. There was easy access to ride-share and taxis. Kevin and Lillian were very proactive with communication throughout the stay. There was some noise from the upstairs neighbors, but over all very manageable.

My family and I loved to stay here. It was so perfectly centrally located between Chinatown and the strip was exactly what we needed and they had done so many upgrades to the apartment that it felt like a little oasis.

KoKo was really accommodating when we asked if we could get an earlier check-in. Also, there was a slight misunderstanding about the coffee maker option (there was an expresso maker but no drip). Not an issue except I had purchased ground coffee for a drip machine. KoKo bought a drip coffee maker and had it delivered the following day. This was above and beyond expectations. It was a lovely surprise. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay off the strip.

We had an amazing stay in Las Vegas! The place was spotless and thoughtfully designed, with so many little details that made it feel both cozy and luxurious. From the spacious bathtub and candles to the breathtaking view from the window—everything was perfect. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, always quick to answer our questions and make us feel welcome. We had a marvelous time at Chris’s place! The location was perfect—walkable and the perfect distance from the Strip so it was super convenient but not too hectic. The view from the apartment was absolutely amazing, especially at night. The apartment was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Chris was a wonderful, super responsive host, and everything was smooth from start to finish. Would definitely stay here again!

All the front of house staff were great! Lovely space with brilliant sunset view. Valet parking as well as plentiful self parking was a big plus.

Great, comfortable place with amazing pool and hot tub! The hosts were super responsive and helpful. Only thing to note is there aren't a lot of kitchen and cleaning supplies -- no dish towels, very old vacuum, and we had to buy dishwasher detergent, etc. Other than that, great stay!!!
