Our stay at Picaflor was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we could feel the calm and relaxing atmosphere they’ve so thoughtfully created. The space was beautifully designed, and every little detail was carefully considered to ensure a truly comfortable experience. We especially appreciated their commitment to sustainability, which added an extra layer of care and responsibility to our stay. As vegans, they went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary preferences, making us feel right at home. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made our stay unforgettable. I really loved staying in here! My room was next to the pool it was super nice. I loved the fact that the kitchen was outside. I work online and I had no problem with the internet as well. any time I needed something Stephanie answered me super super quick! And she was very patient with my questions Would definitely stay here again ♥️

Very good hotel to spend the nights while enjoying the places in the day. It has good parking space, despite being in an area where parking lots are a little scarce and just below they have a restaurant with good pizzas. One point to take into account is that the map sends you down a street that is not where you enter, to find the site you must follow the instructions of the Airbnb publication, which indicates just after the supermarket La Sirena you will find the Supermercado Atlantic and in that entrance on the right you will find a sign of a restaurant and on one side it indicates Hotel Relax.

The room was exactly what I was looking for. All the amenities were great-AC, Fan, hot water heater, water pressure, wifi. The apt is right next to the beach and close to all the restaurants and bars. Scarlett was very responsive and courteous. She went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. I highly recommend this AirBNB.

Communication and complaisance was on high level. Landlord offered us additional night due to hurricane Fiona, and also enabled storage of our rented scooter in his basement. We felt really safe here and room was comfortable with air-conditioning. We definitely recommend this accomodation.
