The review of the house was based on communication with the host because we didn't stay because of our own reason, felt responsive and detailed check-in instructions.

4 bedrooms, clean and big house, full facility . suitable for a family.

Sonnalee is helpful, friendly, and kind! She was happy to answer our questions and gave so many fabulous recommendations. The house is wonderful; far enough away from the hustle and bustle to feel private, quiet, and peaceful but close enough to walk to restaurants and other activities. I would love to come back!

Our stay at Chaliya’s Airbnb was great. The house looked the same as in the photos, we especially enjoyed having a kitchen and spending time at the rooftop at night time. Chaliya was also extremely helpful with everything we needed. She made our stay easy and comfortable.

The value for money is very good, the room is also large, although the decoration is very simple, but there should be some. If you come back to the residence after dark, there is no light on the road for 2-3 kilometers, it is very dark, it is dark and shady, we are all a little scared, if it is a girl I feel like I will be scared by myself, it is better to have a companion with me.Nice host, clean room.There is also a kitchen that can be used at a good price.

The apartment is just wonderful. Comfortable bed, great kitchen, good washing mashine and amazing balcony that looks over Vientiane. We stayed for two weeks and had everything we needed to feel at home. And if some little detail was missing, the hosts were quick to respond and helped us out. The hosts are great in general!! Great communication, helpful instructions for check in and they even had the apartment cleaned and linen and towels replaced in regular intervals. I can not recommend this place enough. We would come back any time we are in Vientiane.

We had a wonderful stay at Fern & Anthony's place. They were very easy to communicate with before we arrived, as well as, during our stay. You could not ask for a better location, on the river and right by all the action but just far enough away by a street or two to be peaceful and quiet when it was time for bed. The apartment was very clean, the king size bed was great and the snacks and drinks they provided were perfect for our late night arrival, (water, fresh bananas, coffee, and tea.) We wish we could have stayed longer! We also got to meet Fern and Anthony as we were headed to the airport and they were lovely. We know where we'll stay next time we are in town!

Excellent location and great hosts! Right in the heart of Luang Prabang Old Town. Walkable to the night market and the morning market, close to Mekong river restaurants and boats. Wonderful local restaurants and cafes and great access to tuk tuk and other transport options. Easy to find laundry services and tours for the surrounding area. Airport and train stations about 30 mins away, makes for a good central location for a Luang Prabang visit.
