Vacation rentals in Laos

Noy was a gift on our first trip to Laos. Her home is absolutely breathtaking, we spent every morning outside mesmerized by the river view. Her home was clean, comfortable and serene. She was supportive of any issues we had and communicated in a timely manner. Could not recommend this place more!

The review of the house was based on communication with the host because we didn't stay because of our own reason, felt responsive and detailed check-in instructions.

The property has everything we needed for a short vacation in Luang Prabang. The most famous Buddhist temple wat xiengthong is located directly opposite the property. And there are plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars on the same street further away from the house. I will definitely stay here again if I happen to come to Luang Prabang again.

Everything is as described and pictured. Thanks to the kind host, I made pleasant memories with my friends. In particular, the pool was deep, unlike other places, so it was so nice to swim. If I have a chance, I want to visit again!

The home is SO peaceful, clean, comfortable and spacious! We love the big yard, patio area and front yard. Great places to spend time being present with life and nature. The house also has all the appliances you need for a long stay 😊 we love it here! We’re also able to get a lot of work done with the wifi speed. Video Conferencing with our team is great. Easy and fast to get rideshare pick ups like Xanh or Loca here. Doi Doi is so lovely and pleasant! She is willing to accommodate her guest’s needs and so quickly to respond. They have such an efficient cleaning team who comes in to clean so quickly and does such a great job! Overall such a great stay!

We really appreciated taking the time to come here and understand Om’s vision for his organic farm and social enterprise, mixing modern agricultural knowledge with traditional methods and wisdom. It’s worth taking a trip to the second, larger, farm on the other side of the river, as well as a trip to a nearby village to get the full picture of how life works here. Om is a very inspiring social entrepreneur with excellent English, but the people who run the farm itself speak hardly any English. They are warm-hearted people and excellent cooks so I’m sure you’ll feel very comfortable. We slept very well and rose and slept with the rhythm of the sun as there really isn’t a lot else to do, which was just what we needed. If you’re looking for a rustic off-grid experience for a few days, away from the crowds of Luang Prabang, this is it.

Andrea and his wife Li are great hosts. Very friendly, warm and helpful. The property is all that the pictures and description says...and more. The house has been very tastefully and artistically done and still is very cosy. It is located in a residential area away from the tourist drags so is very peaceful. Andrea has his Secret Pizza in the same compound. It's open only on Tuesdays and Fridays in the evening. Do try and eat here. They make truly excellent pizzas. Definitely a place we would return to.

For anyone who does not like to live in the overheated city but quietly on the edge of the village ! In the accommodation, cooler living room for everyone - water, coffee, tea for everyone - outdoor kitchen neatly equipped - international guests enrich any conversations/tips. In between, rent a bike or for a fee the scooter - or take a longer rental in the city and then enjoy the location: 20 minutes to the city, 20 minutes to the river with elephants, boat trip to the nearby waterfall (25 minutes hiking at dry time to no. 2 (bathing possible)) Room a little tightly stocked... space on the floor for luggage... pleasantly cool at night in the valley (windows can be opened)... overall quiet despite many guests there is a lot of carpet Landlords are happy to help if anything is unclear In the village several smaller shops partly with local barbecue specialties and a small local restaurant (who likes it)
