We had a great stay here. The view of the lake is beautiful. We especially enjoyed watching the sunrise from the patio. And spotted a few gators as well. The kitchen was very well equipped. The house was clean and comfortable.

Our family loved our stay here! The house is beautiful and felt very comfortable, well stocked with anything needed. The property is stunning! The lake and views are beautiful and the sunsets were breathtaking! Best bird watching of my life! The screened in porch and pool area were perfect and enjoyable keeping bugs at bay. Although the pool isn't huge, the kids enjoyed it very much. We loved the ability to rent the boat and tour the lakes, and even take it to dinner one night! The property manager was responsive to our requests/questions and very friendly. The only two negatives would be that the house is located on a main road, so there is road noise and can see traffic from the back of the house. And one of the 4 days we were on site, the grounds crew was there from 8-3. I understand maintaining this property is a big undertaking, just wish it could be on a turn over day, so it doesn't take a full day with loud blowers and machines during our stay. Otherwise it was very enjoyable!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Michele's place! Everyone loved it. The home exceeded all of our expectations. Check in was a breeze, the home was in excellent condition and beautiful, it was well equipped with everything we needed, and the back porch on the lake was wonderful. Michele is a terrific host and made everything very easy. No hassles, easy to follow instructions, check-out was simple and not overbearing. We highly recommend her home and will definitely return!

Beautiful location with westerly views of the lake. House is clean, quiet and exactly what I was looking for. Kitchen has new appliances and all the essentials. Appreciated the full size washer and dryer for some midweek laundry.

We went to Tampa for a business trip, but didn’t want to stay in a hotel. We chose this place because of the location on the water and the kayaks. We spent almost all of our time on the water and fishing. The house was located close to everything you would possibly need, but once you were out back you forgot you were close to the city! The hosts were super responsive anytime I messaged with questions. The house was very comfortable. AC was cold. Comfortable bed. We would definitely stay again!

He was wonderful! I spend the weekend before my wedding and needed a place that was relaxing and cozy and this was exactly it !!! He received us with flowers as congratulations he made sure everything was perfect ! Everyone that stayed loved the air bnb. This will for sure be my go to place when I come back for vacations 🖤 If you are thinking about it do it the price is so worth it

What an amazing place! We wanted to visit Orlando but skip the theme parks. This property offered so much to do that we spent the majority of our time on the property! This “oasis” was very clean, beautifully decorated, and loads of high tech touches that only add to the fun! With our large group this property exceeded all of our expectations! I wish I could point to the one best thing about this property, but that would be impossible! We had the pleasure of quickly meeting the property owners, who were absolutely pleasent and accommodating. If your looking for a private place with resort style living-this is it! Such a cute spot and a quick kayak ride to the beautiful clear weeki Wachee river. Couldn’t find the washer and dryer and Derick responded very quickly. Would def stay again :)

Very accommodating of our request and always there to answer questions. Loved our time there and only wish we could have stayed longer. Even though we are local, will definitely be back again for some time away from home. Very much worth it. Great space for travelers with dogs.

Boys loved it! Two years and counting

My family and I recently spent 3 nights at this location and it exceeded all of our expectations! Naturally the photos of the property are what drew us in but they don’t begin to do the property justice. We loved the large kitchen and dining table where we were able to prepare and share meals together but the pool was definitely our favorite part. There were 8 persons in our party and we all felt comfortable and at home. Jordan was an excellent host who was very accommodating and communicated with us throughout our stay making sure that our time was enjoyable. We would definitely stay at this or any of their other properties in the future!

The house is beautiful inside and it has a wonderful backyard and swimming pools and the lake is great to go fishing…

I picked this location because it was so close to the Wedding Venue the Sugar Barn, where my son was getting married. Boy let me tell you it is very close. I loved staying in this home. I loved the layout of everything. The kitchen was well stock with the items needed for me to cook for my adult children also staying in the home with us. The canal was right out our back door and my adult sons loved fishing from the dock and even got out on the kayaks for fishing in the lake. My husband and I drove around the neighborhood on the Golf Cart with our dog and enjoyed the peace and quite. My whole family enjoyed this trip and spending that special day at the Sugar Barn for the wedding was the cherry on top. Diane thank-you for being such a great host.

We had a wonderful stay in this rental and a great visit with family! The house is large, clean, and accommodating. Diamond is a friendly and responsive host!

Everything was great like always, the only problem we had was the floor in the spare bathroom. We contacted Sonia and she said she would look into it. I would reccommend it for anyone needing a place to stay in the Brandon area.

With just a slight mix up when we arrived. Joseph was right there after a quick text. The house was nice and very close to universal! We loved Keke’s which was close by for breakfast! Cute little pond in the back and lake in the front!

We had an outstanding stay at Larry's home in Lakeland! Our three children had a blast enjoying the pool, which was definitely the highlight of our trip. The house was not only well-appointed but also incredibly comfortable in every dimension. Larry was a fantastic host, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area. Thank you, Larry, for providing us with such a wonderful experience!

We rented the lakehouse to go to Legoland with no other plans. The place was as described and very nice. Bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The dock was nice and our son even wrote "walk to the dock" in the guest book of things to do. The house is close to Legoland, Lakeland, and Winter Haven. It took us 1 hour to get to Tampa, so location wise you could do any theme park in the Orlando area or go to Tampa within a 1 hour drive. The host was very responsive for the few messages we exchanged. Luckily we encountered zero issues but I would imagine she'd be just as responsive if needed. The house is off what I consider a busy road, but once inside the gate it's not bad. All rooms had noise makers, which we thought were a nice touch! There is a Publix right around the corner and that was convenient. Overall I would highly recommend this property. It's far enough out to be peaceful but close enough to do most attractions in the central FL area.
