We loved Dawn's place. It had a perfect location, walkable to Queenstown centre but also far away enough for it to be be peaceful. There was a beautiful view of the paragliders, exactly like the photos! The house itself was very maintained with everything that you needed. Dawn was also very clear when communication and helpful with any queries we had. The top floor was on the hot side during our stay in summer, but manageable with opening the windows etc. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property!

Nice and quite place. Walkable to the city. Only 6 min drive to the shops, restaurants and the lake. Highly recommended

We had the most amazing stay at Robyn’s beautiful home. Robyn reached out to us prior to our arrival to make sure we had everything we needed. She went above and beyond - offering her assistance and leaving a bunch of really fun toys and books for our toddler to play with. Her home was spacious, clean and stylish. It is a lovely little slice of paradise and we highly recommend staying here. It has been our favourite accomodation in New Zealand so far!

We had a great stay at Vicky's! Very relaxing and clean! Easy to find and instructions were accurate & informative. Excellent location with pristine views. Lots to do in Queenstown and Frankton had many good restaurants nearby. Definitely would recommend and we will stay longer next time! Thank you, Vicky!

Wonderful stay. The place was spotless. The view is spectacular. Just 5-10mins drive to CBD. The only down side is it is not recommended for people who wish to park a motorhome here.

Bryan and Kristy are so nice. Apartment is new and fully functional. 10 min walk to twin river trails, must go! 5min drive to shopping center, 15 min to town. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Super clean place, warm with fire and heatpump. Fire did not work and host responded straight away and had it fixed. Very friendly, great location for skiing!

Communicating was good, Jonathan always replied quickly. Apartment was lovely and spacious with everything you need. Although there is a regular bus service into Queenstown you do need a car to enable you to see more of the area. Plenty of walking and other activities to do.

Cozy apartment to stay for couples traveling together. Facilities are new and easy to use. Not far away from city center. Overall good experience.

Great location. In residential neighborhood with a large park walkable (5 minutes). It is about a 5 minute drive to the main center near the lake shore. The lake shore itself has a parking lot, paved path, and great kids playground. The main city area isn’t on the water due to the road but a short walk across the street. It is also a 10 minute drive to outside the area close to the Lavender farm and Toy and Transport Museum which are both must do’s.

No doubt Susie and Paul ‘ B&B deserve 10/10. . Everything is perfect and we have a wonderful week in their place especially I had an impressive bike trip with Paul and his friends. That was one of the unforgettable memories in my life ! Highly recommend to book their Bnb!

Lovely location with beautiful lake views and good quality accommodation. Susan was very proactive in her communication and everything was well organised.

We enjoyed two weekend stays before and after tackling the Milford track. The Cabin was perfect for us – we loved the elevated location which provides really great views of the lake while central Queenstown is readily accessible. One implication is that surrounding streets are steep. The first weekend we relied on the Orbus bus service which is frequent, fast and amazing value. We also walked into town and ran a couple of Strava routes along the lake foreshore and foothills. For the second weekend we hired a car, which gave us the flexibility to visit Mora Wines for breakfast, get in a last day hike (the Moonlight track from Arthurs Point), and make several trips to conveniently collocated supermarkets on Gorge Road (FreshChoice for staples and the more upmarket Raeward Fresh for salads and BBQ fare). We made great use of the BBQ, and the laundry facilities, given our activity! As a host, Melanie was helpful and responsive, and kindly allowed us to store luggage while on the track.

Everything we could have asked for amazing place clean fresh comfortabke with a splash of luxury. Aircon or 2 x ranch sliders for fresh air. Close to town so able to walk everywhere . Patricia went over and above to make our stay great. highly recommend.

Beautiful, huge penthouse flat. Lots of morning sunshine & afternoon shade. Massive kitchen although we didn’t cook, 3 lovely bathrooms.

The place was very stylish and clean. Check in and out was super easy and the host was great at communicating. Only note I will add is that the granny flat is below the main house and you can hear running around above. Also, as described in the listing the only bathroom is through the main bedroom so definitely suited for a small family.

Had a wonderful stay. Quiet place with close/quick access to both Wanaka and Queenstown/Arrowtown. Definitely recommend.

Oh my goodness, this place was perfect! Such a stunning view of the Lake. Two spacious bedrooms both with their own bathrooms. We had a 2 year old and her room was quiet and we were able to make it dark (despite the 10.10pm sunset!). The kitchen had all the amenities, along with a washing machine and dryer, plus many other helpful pieces that Sophie had included (drying rack, potty, stroller, umbrellas). I felt relaxed and at home. There are 4 short flights of stairs from the car park to the room, but there is also as to avoid 3/4 of these flights. It is about a 10-15 minute walk into town (down hill) and we often caught a taxi back as the hill is quite steep (this was about $15-$25 depending on the taxi). If you weren’t pregnant, a toddler or elderly you could walk the hill without trouble. I couldn’t recommend Sophie and her place more highly! Thanks for having us.

Had a wonderful week in Fernhill exploring all Queenstown had to offer including quiet swim spots, playground with a VIEW, world class MTB tracks, forest and lakeside walks and sneaky local gems for food. We honestly wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you for a New Years to remember.
