We were sent all the necessary information including photos for finding, reaching and coming in well ahead of arrival, so we knew directly how to check in. There was a parking space in the backyard, which made arriving by car even more pleasant. The location directly on the railway tracks is hardly disturbing, as the windows seal quite well. However, you can feel a few freight trains passing directly to the rails in the bedroom. If you have a very light sleep, you will also find a sleeping mask and fresh earpax in the bedside table – very well thought out! The location is great, within 2 minutes we were already at the Pfaffenteich and from there we could reach everything on foot. The apartment was super clean and we could have breakfast on the balcony in good weather and end the evening. All in all very pleasant and cozy.

A beautiful, well-located and top equipped apartment, which we can fully recommend. We thoroughly enjoyed the lake view. You can walk to the center of Schwerin. Sabine provided us with all the important information in advance and responded quickly. It couldn't be better. Thank you for everything.

We were at Elin's apartment for Christmas with our two children and had a super nice time in Schwerin and in the apartment. Our children are still very small (4 years and 1 year), so it was important for us to have several rooms to relax the sleeping situation. In addition, the apartment is super child-friendly. There's not a lot of stuff lying around that can be thrown down by kids. There is also a children's travel bed. The connection to the train station and the city is perfect. There is a large playground right nearby and a Späti around the corner. All our questions before and during the stay were answered super quickly. Elin even sent us forgotten items the same day. We felt completely comfortable and would come back again and again.

A nice big stay on the outskirts of a beautiful city, large with a large kitchen, bathroom and room. Everything available, richly furnished. with free parking. Marvin is a nice likeable young man who actually tries to host his guest friendly and tries to please his guests.
