This is a newly renovated property with the adventure traveler in mind. Whether seeking out museums, arts & cultural events, or the many recreational opportunities the Adirondacks offer, we hope this is the perfect base for your travels. Our goal was to create a space and features that we appreciate when traveling. Unique rooms with clean, simple lines, glassware and mugs, coffee-tea-cocoa with real half and half, and towel warmers! The sink is located in the room itself, with shower and toilet in ensuite bathroom, making it easier for multiple users. Rooms 4 and 5 are offer an optional adjoining configuration, and the two cabins in the rear of the property adjoin the fire pit area. Please note that we are a non-smoking property and pets are not allowed.

Make yourself comfortable in any of our casual guest rooms or suites. Relax after a long hike or get a good night sleep after exploring the village of Lake Placid and its striking views. Units come with a mini-refrigerator and microwave to help you prepare a quick snack. Some of our units even come with a kitchenette. Wifi, television and Air Conditioning is standard in all of our units. Pool is undergoing maintenance and is closed indefinitely. We apologize for the inconvenience.

We love the area and enjoy helping guests with their journeys. TMax-n-Topo's offers a large fully equipped kitchen, hot showers, and very comfortable mattresses. This is an older style hotel with a covered porch along the front. It is set back off the road right next to a trail head. There is a total of 4 single rooms and a dog friendly suite on the end. Ideal location if traveling alone, with a group or need a place to vacation with the whole family. On property is also a restaurant serving breakfast/lunch and a store.
