Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Lake Hāwea

Perfect for our needs ... Family stayed at various times over a hectic week.... Dan and Vicki were great host. Very accommodating for my dog... We felt very at home. Thanks for a great stay.

Enjoyed our stay here! Arrowtown itself is a beautiful part of the world and we would definitely come back. The property was new, clean and very well maintained. The only issue we had was that it wasn't very private in that people walking past could see right into the property which was a bit strange, including the spa which is very open. Otherwise really loved the property itself - nice, new and clean so good value for money. Thanks Lisa!

We had a wonderful family getaway the home accommodated eight guests very comfortably with all the facilities required to make you feel like you were at home. Very quiet neighbourhood but still close enough to Arrowtown and all facilities to really enjoy Queenstown and its surroundings. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a very comfortable stay.

We loved our stay at Te Awa Lodge! The home was beautiful and very comfortable. The grounds and gardens were lovely, and we loved being by the river. We enjoyed the hot tub and watched the stars from the 2nd floor balcony. The location was great: 15 minutes from Wanaka and 5 minutes from Lake Hawea. Graeme made us feel right at home and gave us some good suggestions for places to see and places to eat. If you are looking for a beautiful and peaceful place to stay while you explore Wanaka and the surrounding area, I highly recommend Te Awa Lodge!

Fantastic home to stay - modern and perfect for our family . Loved being able to sit outside and walk / run to the lake . We used the community pool and gym which was a real added bonus . The range of items left was next level and really made our stay extra special and super easy . We all thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in this beautiful home - thank you Suzanna and Michael.

We stayed at the wonderful house of Sue and Harold for multiple days and enjoyed the perfectly equipped kitchen, the beautiful garden and the additional comfort of the whirlpool in the garden. Everything was just great and as described.

Amazing house in a beautiful scenic spot right on the lake. Photos don’t do justice. Super cozy and all the conveniences you could want. Right on lake Hayes walking path. Very responsive. Wine and local tips on arrival were lovely extra touch Our kids loved it too

Olivia was a super host. Amazing communication and efficient. The villa was exactly what we needed for our stay in Cardrona and I will definitely be booking with Olivia for our next stay.

The villa was beautiful and close to hotel and restaurant. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the food in the restaurant was amazing! This is a real treasure with all this history. Beautiful set up garden too!

Gorgeous home with easy check in and out. Loved the location compared with Wanaka. Was so quite and hidden from the hustle and bustle of a busy tourist town. We saw a total of one person in the street and meet some lovely people down near the river. The river was a short walk or drive (near the bridge on the way in). River was a secret oasis with swimming holes,rope swings and plenty of salmon to cast a lure to. Wanaka was a very short drive from the house and had everything you would expect from a larger tourist town. We had takeaway from the food trucks the host recommended and did a lake to plate experience at (hook) the salmon restaurant. The hot tub was hot and beautiful to sit in and look at the sunset and mountains. Would highly recommend staying at this beautiful home if you want to experience Wanaka without the busyness. Being able to “come home” to such a beautiful quite and homely place after a big day exploring is priceless. Thanks for having us ❤️

Amazing spot for a weekend away. Has everything you could need and more. Fully equipped kitchen with heaps of baking and cooking essentials. Gorgeous space, with lots of room for everyone. would definitely love to stay here again.

Keith’s house was perfect for our extended family, 3 couples plus 2 children. The house is spacious so there was privacy for each family plus a very large living/dining/kitchen area with a wonderful deck out the back with a hot tub and outdoor eating table. A large back yard provided space for running around or playing games. We could not have asked for a better reunion space. The views to the mountains were spectacular with nightly moon rises and star gazing. Keith is the ultimate host who made sure that we had all the information we needed to check in and settle even though a death in the family required that he be out of the country. He was generous in answering questions about the area and sharing extra amenities for water activities. We could not have had a better vacation.

Such a stunning house and location. When we arrived we were so sad that we were only staying for one night! Gorgeous views from the balcony, huge beds, and all the extra amenities. Loved the little walk across a field to the Cardrona Hotel. A perfect spot. We have already recommended this place to our friends.

This was our favourite stay in New Zealand!! We loved being in this country cabin and taking a rest from travel. We were able to wash our clothes, cuddle up to many loving dogs, cook steaks for supper on BBQ and had great sleeps!! Our highlight was a night bath outside watching the moonrise and beautiful night sky. Amazing!!!!

We loved our stay, the only thing we would change is that we stayed longer! Sean was a delightful host and very accommodating. The property was so tranquil and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Such a unique cabin and hearing its history and how it was built was a wonderful insight. We would thoroughly recommend to others and of course the evening hot tub under the stars was such a treat. Thank you for having us :)

Amazing scenery, loved the farm animals and spa was very nice on a cold night. Local recommendations were useful too.

I stayed in the Tiny House of Sally together with my wife and our little infant. We are so grateful for finding this little gem! It was one of the most beautiful places we have ever been. The house had everything we needed. Sally was very courteous and the area around is amazing. We will never forget this experience and of course we will also not forget Maggie! Fantastic dog lady!
