Villa vacation rentals in La Spezia

A great place to rest. My wife and I were with 2 kids and a dog. When we arrived, we received a lot of information about local attractions, restaurants, how to explore Cinque Terre and Portofino. Davide made you feel great from the start of your stay. You feel like someone makes you feel good here. The house as in the photos fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and air conditioning in the rooms upstairs. Clean and homey. Replacement of towels and linens after a week. A pool with a wonderful view. Tomatoes and basil from the garden are great. Thank you for a wonderful vacation and rest. I recommend it to everyone and thank the host for this stay. We already want to go back.

We were a traveling party of 10 people who enjoyed the house. A plus was walking distance to a great restaurant. Beautiful view and great pool.

Fabulous location (little food shops, foccacia/pizza place and bike shop 1 minute from the house, 300m to the beach, 1km to center of town), lovely garden and outdoor patio with table. House clean and tidy on arrival, Alessia was a very responsive and helpful host. Had a great time for the week with our 4 and 2.5 year old!

Franco is a super great host, the welcome and farewell were very personal and warm. Franco has very good tips and is always helpful. The location of the house is magnificent between many olive trees, quietly located with a fantastic view over the Magra Valley to the sea, simply priceless. The location of the house is great, right next to the beautiful picturesque old village of Castelnuovo Magra. The sea is only about 15min away, the quarries of Carrara are also nearby (highly recommended), Pisa and Florence as well as Cinque Terre are also in the area. It was a great vacation, thank you Franco.

The pictures do not do this location justice! The view from the outdoor table, pool, and many balconies is unbelievable. The house is nestled in a very quiet, secluded spot and is perfect for relaxing. Kitchen is fully equipped, beds are comfortable. Marius is the most helpful, responsive host, helping us with any questions we had and providing excellent local recommendations. We didn’t want to leave!

A beautiful old house that is not yet completely renovated. The house exudes a great charm, even if the internet and electricity are not quite stable. We felt very comfortable!!

Had a wonderful week at this villa. The photos do not do it justice. Lots of space and great pool. Walking distance to Pietrasanta town with lots of great restaurants. Would thoroughly recommend. Our host Elisabetta was very friendly and accommodating and she and Ophelie, were on hand on via text when we had questions.

We were in Sarzana in April. From rain to sun, we had it all. The house has a great garden and a nice covered terrace. You are right in nature. When you wake up, you can hear beautiful birdsong. It has a lot of dogs in the neighborhood and dogs are welcome everywhere. During our stay, the military had many exercises with helicopters at the nearby military airfield in the evening and at night. But since it rained often, we weren't outside every night. I don't know if this is always the case or not. Alessandro was always easily accessible and had great tips and hints if we had any questions. 🙏

This villa is a gem, pictures don’t do it justice. The views are absolutely breathtaking….The house is fully equipped with everything we needed. We managed a trip to Florence and surrounding beaches which was recommended by the host. We could have stayed longer. I would definitely be back. My kids loved the pool and the little surrounding walking trials surrounding the villa. Only 1 hours drive from Pisa airport.

We had a beautiful weekend in 10 friends, also thanks to Francesco who hosted us in his beautiful home, impeccable host who left us all the privacy of the case never intrusive and in fact super kind and helpful Beautiful and spacious house, clean and original, large garden and a super pool where we spent an afternoon relaxing and then going to have fun in the clubs in the area (perfect location!) Too bad we only spent two days!

Diletta was a great host. We sometimes had a bit of difficulty understanding the translated instructions from Italian to English. But she was always responding instantly with any questions we had. We loved her place! The most wonderful ambience, with fantastic views, and a very energetic climb up many stairs to arrive at a beautiful apartment.

We stayed as a family in the beautiful house in a great location on the mountain with breathtaking views. We loved the layout of the house, the garden, the pool and the various terraces. The decor in the house was a good fit for the style of the house, the equipment of the rooms and kitchen was very good. The path to the house is very steep and curvy, after a few days we were practiced up and down. Communication with Ian and on site with his mother was very friendly, helpful and straightforward. We enjoyed the stay very much, at any time we will be happy to come back to the house.

Beautiful place, very high quality furniture, fixtures and fittings. Nice and clean swimming pool and generally had everything we needed. A premium rental. Owner lives upstairs so they were on hand to help in addition to Antonio’s helpfulness. Host went out of his way to emphasise how helpful he will be, even booked a Bagno for us one day. Location is a little out the way so you’d need a vehicle.

We had a super relaxing time in Carrara. Many thanks to Barbara and Simona - You were great hosts. The house is wonderfully quiet, the pool invites you to swim - the best conditions to really unwind and relax. The pool is so big that we adults could swim comfortably. In the village, there are various beaches. We drove about 20 minutes by car and were able to park for free. But there were also closer sections of the beach. Unfortunately, it was very hot in our vacation week, so we couldn't explore so much on foot. The pool was the perfect way to cool off for us. In the house, we had several fans available, which were especially important at night. Thanks Simona and Barbara for this great time. The two were always easily accessible and very friendly and personable. Rest and privacy are very important to us on vacation - both are wonderfully provided in this home.

sanda's house is really interesting with ample space and very comfortable. the house is dated, but it contains very nice vintage elements. There's nothing missing, and the pool and outdoor space are great. Sanda was very kind and helpful.

This house is a wonderful getaway with unbelievable views of the town and Mediterranean Sea below. It’s surrounded by olive trees and fruit trees. You can hear the highway below so if you need total silence be aware. The drive up to the house is nerve wracking if you are not used to small mountain roads and the driveway is very steep, so be aware of that as well. Our group of 8 adults and 1 baby had a wonderful relaxing time and Lavagna is a cute beach town with restaurants and ice cream. Such an amazing place to stay!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa! The space is perfect for 8 people with 4 bedrooms, 2 on the ground floor and 2 upstairs. The living room is spacious and the kitchen functional with all the necessary utensils. The great plus of this house is undoubtedly its exterior, with a garden that will delight the children and a place for grilling for these gentlemen but above all a large swimming pool that will offer the whole family moments of joy and relaxation with its massage nozzles! Located 12 minutes by car from the beaches, it is a real haven of peace and at the same time close to viareggio or Lucca if you are looking for a little more animation. Pierro was a very welcoming host and responsive to our requests. For those who want to discover the region, the place is ideal for an amazing stay in Tuscany.
