Really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Lucie was a great host. Very communicative and gave clear instructions on how to get in. The list of recommendations came in handy, and this location is very walkable to a lot of hot spots and public transportation. Would highly recommend staying with Lucie, we had a great time and great experience. All the amenities were as described and the apartment was in great condition. Made it easy to feel at home.

Nicolas was a great host. He agreed to a late check in and even come to meet us at the airport. The place is very clean and he is eager to help and easy to communicate with. The bus station is literally in the front of the building and the metro is at 5 minutes walk. We would definitely come back.

Thank you for a lovely stay at your flat in Valencia. We would definitely recommend and return to! The location was great as we could walk everywhere, which we loved. The 102 steps to the flat was fine except for when you’ve done the marathon! We loved the roof terrace to relax in the day and in the evening. The flat was very spacious for us (mum and daughter).

Very nice apartment in a pleasant neighborhood. The guests responded quickly to all questions, even if you didn't meet them directly (which is often the case now, too bad). We still had an in-person contact with them. Also well heated in winter. We were very satisfied with the stay.

Fantastic location, beautiful, sparkling clean apartment with balcony. A private secured parking space, ideal. A great place to stay. A 10! As far as communication is concerned, there were some less enjoyable things: 1. The caretaker of the apartment building to whom we report, because there was no one else, only spoke Spanish. This was also true for the lady he called and then took us to the apartment. Fortunately, we understood enough Spanish, but for guests who don't speak a word of Spanish, this is difficult. 2. We prefer to communicate through the Airbnb channel. However, the hosts texted us directly as well. We experienced this as less pleasant, especially because it was then about the installation of a new washing machine during our stay. 3. Asking for a 5-star qualification on the Airbnb channel and requesting to report any complaints privately has something unfair. In short, fantastic apartment, less good communication

Everything was excellent, the apartment was just like the photos, everything was very clean. He left us everything we needed for the stay, not only the obvious as cutlery and dishes, but also consumables such as paper, shampoo, toothbrushes, detergent, towels, etc. His treatment was always very kind, before arriving, during and after. The place was perfect, as we were close to downtown and many places of interest. No complaints, I would definitely come back👌.

We felt welcome in the accommodation, you move by metro very easy to anywhere in Valencia. The hostess is very kind and understanding.

Our experience at Cristian and Minerva's house has been very good. We felt right at home, very comfortable... The house was very clean and cared for, fully equipped, a 10 of 10. Very good location, close to all kinds of services and amenities, accessible beach walking, close to the Albufera and Valencia city... Cristian and Minerva were very friendly and gave us a lot of flexibility when entering and leaving. A place to remember very positively, for everything... Looking forward to repeating again in the future. Thank you very much for everything!

Irene is a super friendly and responsive host! The “casita” in Cabanyal is on a quiet part of Cabanyal and I just discovered my favorite coffee & croissants at the end of the street at Gélatica. A huge 5* for the host Irene, the perfect location, and amenities 🙌

The hosts are amazing people. Friendly and very attentive. The apartment was very clean, we were left fresh fruit and more things to eat. They were available for any requirement. The stay was very positive. We will definitely repeat it.

located in the center of the city , you have everything at hand. the parking is not easy but giving a couple of turns you park.

Lovely, modern 4 bedroom apartment with 4 separate bathrooms. Plenty of room for a large group. Location is close to Maritim metro station and only a 10 min walk to the beach.

We have greatly enjoyed our stay! The accommodation is spacious and exudes a real home feeling. The modern kitchen has all the comforts, which made cooking very pleasant. It was wonderful to have two bathrooms at our disposal, and the presence of a dryer was a nice extra. The spacious garden felt like an oasis in the middle of the city – perfect for relaxing. The ground floor was ideal with our stroller, and for the children there were plenty of toys and space to play. In addition, tram, metro, bus and a supermarket were within walking distance, which made it extra comfortable. In short, a great place where we felt right at home. Highly recommended! The host is great and nice communication and lots of nice tips for the area. We would love to come back.

Carmen apartment is very nice and clean. It is also very quiet so you can have a nice sleep 😴. Best thing in the apartment is terrace 😀 we had great breakfast every morning 😀😎. The market is 1 min from apartment…You can go by foot almost anywhere ( old town is 20 min, Turia park 15 min). My family and I really enjoy València and Carmen’s apartment 😀😀😀

Excellent accommodation in an easily accessible place. 5 minutes walk from Ayora metro station from where the city center and beach were easily accessible. Apartment is spacious with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and nice living room. Contact with the host is very quick.

The property was ideal to spend 4 days in Valencia with the family: clean and well organized, it is well served by public transport that takes you to the center and the area, for the evening, there are definitely affordable restaurants.

We had an excellent stay at Elena and Wilfort’s place. It is a perfect quiet location only 20 minutes ride from Valencia. The beach is 3 minutes walk and perfect for long walks. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. It offers a beautiful sea view as well. The building is very quiet and clean. The hosts were very kind and friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend it and would love to stay there again !

We had a really good stay in Jana's studio. The apartment is comfortable with a very nice and quiet patio and all the amenities (washing machine, dishwasher). Jana is also very responsive, helpful and kind. The apartment is minutes from the park, 20 min walk from the Rufassa area and 30min walk from city centre - by bike you can get to the old town with a bike via the amazing park (that used to be a river) in 10 mins. there's also a nice supermarket (Consum) just across the road. We would stay here again
