Monthly Rentals in La Durantaye

The suite was clean, easy to access and had everything we needed and more. It looked like it was brand new. All the finishes, appliances (washer and dryer too) were top quality. Although it is a basement suite it has large windows and great natural light. The blackout blinds in the bedroom were great. The location was walking distrance from our event and good access to major roads. Would highly recommend and return again.

Sebastien is an outstanding host. Any question or concern he was extremely quick to respond and he provided ample guidance for my first trip to Quebec. He has made the absolute most of the studio: the murphy bed is very comfortable, easy to move, takes up very little space. The sit/stand desk and desk chair are amazing for working and perfectly placed. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked, and Sebastien continues to add to it. The AC is a lifesaver for the hot July days. The washer/dryer worked very well and rarely occupied. The only thing remotely worth mentioning are the neighbor's dogs who bark occasionally during the day, but nighttime was so incredibly peaceful. The location is amazing: right in the heart of old town Quebec. A large Metro grocery story is 1/2 mile away. The city is beautiful, peaceful, and safe. This is an amazing place with an amazing host. I cannot recommend the apartment or Sebastien enough.
