Francesca is a wonderful host and I immediately felt comfortable in the apartment. The apartment was in a perfect location for my activities, everything corresponded to the photos and descriptions and for questions Francesca's very helpful answers came really quickly.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. I highly recommend it. The house is extremely clean, warm, spacious, plenty of kitchen facilities, washing machine available if needed, patio for morning coffee, good comfortable bed, everything to make you feel at home. Very quiet and close to the Biennale!

Really handy local bnb, perfect for what we needed it for. 10 minute walk from the water taxi stop, and had everything we needed. Very peaceful and quiet but very easy to walk to restaurants nearby. Loads of choices. Annina was extremely helpful and responsive and had loads of recommendations! Would definitely stay here again!
