Small apartment in a super central location, within a courtyard and therefore without a view of the sea, but very convenient for all services. I emphasize the extreme cleanliness, organization and order of the apartment, which is not obvious. It was equipped with all the necessary amenities for a short stay, the apartment is in great condition, all the decor, bathroom included, is new.

Amazing location right in the heart of old town and close to everything including great restaurants. Host was very communicative and provided advanced warning of any issues. Early check-in was provided which we appreciated greatly! Thanks again Hanna.

I highly recommend it! It's the perfect location, literally one minute from the Promenade des Anglais. The building itself is a magnificent piece of architecture. Linda is a wonderful host. I don't think I've ever been welcomed so warmly. Thank you once again, and I can't wait to come back soon!

Good place to visit Cannes, Nice or Monaco. Close to the train. The neighborhood is not a residential area, but easy to get to from the highway. Laurent and his partner are very kind and accessible.

We had a great time. Great view over the bay. Lots of sun while drinking coffee in the morning. Spacious apartment for 4 persons. Host very nice.

Communication with Nicolas and then Anthony was very good. The apartment is very well located and spacious. It is well equipped, functional and very quiet. We opted for Anthony's proposal to rent a nearby parking lot and it was very convenient. We were very pleased with our stay.

I stayed at Francois’s place few times. Always great to come back. The place is very enjoyable on the 7th floor with a lot of light and balcony with nice view of the city. The small kitchen has all you need to make breakfast (2 different coffee machines). The double bed/sofa is comfortable for one person or a young couple. Highly recommended place in a great location 10 min walk to beach.

Thank you Eric for a wonderful stay. We used Nice as our base and travelled daily to the surrounding towns. 15 minute walk to the train station , made it super accessible. As well, as a short walk to the beach and old town. Apartment was very clean and well maintained. We look forward to returning!

A superb comfortable apartment (washing machine and dishes) next to Place Massena, very well located and yet quiet because overlooking an inner courtyard. We spent 4 nights, we really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and nicely decorated apartment, not to mention the jaccuzi which is a plus!! We'll be happy to go back!! the hosts are very responsive, in short a beautiful address in Nice!!

We had a great weekend!! Everything was perfect from Kevin's very friendly welcome, he took the time to show us the residence and advise us where we could eat. He was available and understanding throughout the stay. The place is just sublime 😍 as in the photos see even better, very clean, the hot tub is just amazing and the TV is super big! The bed is also large and very comfortable. For the kitchen area, nothing to say, very well equipped and there is even tea/coffee available. There's even an underground parking spot to leave the car safely. Kevin let us check out a little later as we wanted despite the scheduled checkout at 10am. Thanks also to Mathieu who came to pick up the keys and accompanied us until we left. A big thank you!!! i highly recommend this listing and we will be back without hesitation!☺️

The apartment was gorgeous and very clean. It was well suited to our needs. Communication with Catherine was excellent. Catherine provided toys for our kids and parking for our minibus. Highly recommend!

Spacious, bright, and clean place to stay. Equipped with every comfort and accessory. The terrace and two garages represent a nice added value. In 20 minutes you are walking to the center, the area and still equipped with many businesses. Silvia was very kind and helpful, she responded to our every request in a timely manner.

We absolutely loved our stay at Julien’s place! He was great with communication, flexible with our arrival, and he and Michele were very helpful during our stay. His place was even more beautiful than the photos and felt very spacious and comfortable. We truly loved our time in Nice and Julien’s apartment was the perfect home base… very walkable to everything we wanted to see, great restaurants nearby, and a very relaxing spot to end our busy days. We would absolutely stay there again next time we visit Nice!!
