We were received in a very friendly manner. We were shown the apartment and super nicely helped us move into the apartment. The apartment was nicely preheated on the day of arrival, immediately to feel comfortable. The apartment in the attic is very low, which was explicitly mentioned before the end of the day, so that there is no star deduction on our part. We loved it.

Axel is a great host, very responsive and helpful. The house itself was cozy and equipped with everything we needed and MORE. One of the highlights was the friendly squirrel that visited in the mornings, scratching at the window for the nuts Axel provided. Although it gets a bit chilly during that time of the year (November), it only made our evenings by the fireplace even cozier. I had an amazing time with my partner, and I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a charming and memorable stay away from the city.

The spacious accommodation is very cozy, modern and lovingly furnished, so you feel right at home. The location is also convincing - in just a few steps you are in nature and yet not secluded. Check-in went smoothly - in short: a very nice and recommended apartment!

We (4 adults) were allowed to be a guest at Tristan's big house for 4 nights. We had enough space and we felt very much at home. Everything was clean and it was as described. Above all, the sauna was our very personal highlight. We are happy to recommend the accommodation or book it again ourselves.

Wonderful relaxing stay for our transit to Poland. Everything we needed was present and clean. Our son of three had a good time with all the indoor and outdoor toys. We didn't really look at the area because we especially wanted to relax between the trips.

Great apartment for the whole family

The three of us spent a "girls weekend" in Leipzig. Everything was clean, plenty of towels available. In the kitchen we found coffee, tea, spices... This is very well equipped, so you could take care of yourself and also cook, which we did not use. Cozy evenings are possible in the living room. Books and games are available. In the immediate vicinity there is a small grocery store with the essentials and a bakery. At night it is quiet; even in the house itself. The tram stop right around the corner is ideal. By tram, you can reach the main train station/city center in about 10 minutes. Communication with David and Cordi was straightforward and helpful. Check-in with the help of a number code went smoothly. We can absolutely recommend the apartment. Thanks David and Cordi

We spent one night in Felix's apartment to visit our family in the village. Value for money was good, check-in was easy and the parking on the property was super convenient with a child. In the apartment, everything necessary was there and available. It was very friendly that Felix personally asked again in the evening if everything was good. We have not yet been able to use the outdoor area due to the shortness of our stay and the season. But it all looked well maintained and welcoming, so we will certainly take the opportunity the next time we visit.

Felix contacted us before check-in with extensive information on arrival, etc., and was always easily accessible for questions. The apartment absolutely met the description and was perfectly located for our purposes and beautifully quiet. If we are in the area again, we will be happy to book again :)

For us, it was a break from the stressful everyday life. The place is really very quiet and close to nature. The forests surrounding the property invite you to walk and hike. The house is really very nice, nothing is missing and we felt very comfortable right away. This probably wasn't the last time we wanted to visit this house. The landlord is also often on site and we had pleasant conversations. Unfortunately, the time was over very quickly.
